Holden Group Arvostelua

Friendly staff who explained everything to me and able to book a service to my convenience

Everything was easily sorted

Ron was most helpful and courteous when booking my Service

Booked service and MOT online. Ron Eskdale called me by phone shortly afterwards to confirm details and he also provided me with further information which I requested. Efficient service and helpful advice. Many thanks.

Positive experience in dealing with my CRV problem whilst on holiday in the region. My contact with Ruth and Jac confirmed my faith in the Honda brand.

I left a message Ron came back to me within 15 minutes.
He answered all all questions and arranged lift back to Norwich and agreed collection time. Then set up air con service.
He finally set up option to renew service plan should I wish to go ahead in June.
Polite and approachable nature.

Ron Eskdale provided Holden’s usual efficient and friendly approach when I rang to book my car in for a service recently.

Made Quick call to book service and MOT for KIA Picanto. Ron handled the process very politely and efficiently.

Booked a service on-line and MOT for Monday 11th 2026 but had a call from Ron Eskdale explaining there was no MOT slots that day he was very apologetic and said there was availability on Thursday 14th 2026 and sorted me a good time 10-30am for me to bring vehicle to Holdens I thanked him for quickly sorting this out in a verry pleasant and informative manner.

Phone answered immediately, spoke to Ron who knew about my service history, explained the cost and nature of the survey required and was able to offer me a convenient time slot!

Very productive phone conversation with Ron Eskdale..efficient , professional and polite would recommend this garage .thanks
