Always had great service online parts have always turned up in tip top condition but it's a shame you can't reach them on the phone especially if you have mental health issues that get you confused a helping had sometimes helps to get the correct part you need you can email them but can take a while for a reply due to them being busy but over all excellent online service

No contact no information of delivery nobody ever reply’s to emails. But the parts arrived well packaged and seem good quality would not use again as a first choice. Because nobody replied to any of my messages I believed items would not arrive so cancelled order and reordered with another company. Now I have to send back at my expense.

Why have I given you such a low score? I have just made my third purchase and sadly this was a total disappointment. I ordered a new throttle cable: when I received it on 26th June, it was too long.

To check whether I had calculated it correctly, and what could I do I if I had got it wrong, I called you that same day and then I explained the problem in a message via your website.

Over that week I called more than five times. The website says: “if we miss your call , please message us online”. A recorded message is all you get: “due to a high volume of calls or online orders, our staff are focused on processing and dispatching orders”. You can’t even leave a voicemail.

I emailed "via the website" three times - again, no response at all. What happened to " We aim to respond within one working day" ???

After sending duplicate emails to your sales and support I receive an answer……

"Sorry, I didn't see your previous message. The housing doesn't include the ends. Please excuse my brevity. We receive many messages daily and have to answer them as quickly as possible in order to get through them all.

So, after a week of chasing, a brush off is all I get from you. If I wanted to swop it, what do I do now? or have I wasted £85? You tell me, but you probably won’t have time to.

Your "Online first" might be okay when things go well. But if they don’t, your customer service is not up to it and a total disappointment. It is "Online ONLY " – no other option. I don’t know why you bother to put your phone number on the website or the card that accompanies the order, or the bag it’s in: phoning you is an utter waste of time, and then you don't respond to online contact via the website either.
Successful firms learned that if something goes wrong for a customer (and sometimes they do) and if they take it seriously and solve it, they have won a customer for life and created an advocate for the firm.
I suspect your business model is that you just want to ship orders out and I doubt whether you are really bothered your customer’s experience: you can probably afford to lose a few along the way. So I guess I’ve just thrown away £85.

Provided the exact parts I ordered but I was unable to combine two orders placed on the same day as phoning was not an option and on line ordering didn’t allow additions to the first order. For postage the orders were combined but each ordered was still charged separately.

I have ordered many parts over the years and never waited more than a week for parts to arrive. Also you wont find better prices anywhere else.

Used Hogparts for years the place to go for HD parts or aftermarket.
Postage is a bit exspensive if only ordering 1 item

The products arrived after about a week and they are good quality so I am very pleased. I think you have to be a bit patient with them when it comes to them acknowledging your order. But it is all good.
