Excellent service, swift despatch, great product. Royal Mail however - useless. I paid for Track 24 next day delivery. I ended up collecting it myself from the local depot four days later.

The brass cannons were exactly what I wanted as I feel they make the 1/72 battlefeild more realistic than standard plastic so I went what could be described as 6 & 9lb cannon. Many thanks Tony

Very fast and inexpensive delivery to Canada. I haven't assembled the product yet, but it looks like very good quality. A bit skimpy on the instructions, but thankfully I have experience.

Price Matching from Hobbies.
Used their price matching system for an expensive item listed much cheaper from another site. They were not able to match the price, but did offer me a very good discount and included free postage and a £20 gift voucher. This bought the price quite close to the other site, and, since I had suffered a really bad experience from the other seller, I chose to use Hobbies despite them being a little dearer. As usual (I have used them many times before) the item arrived the next day. The service and quality of product were excellent and I only gave four stars because they did not entirely match the price from the other seller.

Hello,
We appreciate you highlighting the delivery issue. It looks like the Royal Mail delivery driver might have gotten confused because the address we provided to them matches the one you provided us with. We will investigate this matter with Royal Mail. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
