I needed replacement bearings for a wheelchair. HME had the part at a competitive price. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. The part shipped the next day and arrived promptly. I am very satisfied with HME. I would order from HME again.

the product i bought showed the part i needed but when arrived that part was not on it description is written to indicate that part is comes with it but still no part, still no return info and no way to contact them except email

Staff was very helpful. Purchased wheels to replace broken wheels in a wheel chair and the response and service was outstanding.

Wheels for mobility scooter arrived on time and were a perfect replacement for the old wheels. Very satisfied with the product and delivery.

The order was made for two brakes ( a left and right)for a knee scooter. The package arrived 6 days later (I paid for expedited delivery which was 2-4 days) with only the left brake! The packing slip was missing and there was no notice regarding the right brake missing.

I emailed customer service - there is no way to call and did not get a response 4 3 days. The response I got was that the right brake was out of stock. Funny I got charged for both BEFORE the shipment left the warehouse.

As part of the response they claimed that the right brake was back in stock. It took another 2 days to get the package sent out of the warehouse.

In summary extremely poor processes, awful customer service and probably the worst e-commerce experience ever.

If you have an alternative vendor - use not HME Medical Shop!

My father is dependent upon a reclining wheelchair for transportation. After having the chair for a couple of years, the right release handle detached. Instead of having to purchase a whole new chair, I was able to purchase a replacement release handle from HME Medical Shop. The site was easy to navigate and I received my order in about a week.

Customer Service Was Overwhelming. Recovered Both Orders. Which Were Ordered Wrong. Very Helpful With Returns.

I received the parts that I ordered on time and in great shape, It would have helped tremendously if I had received directions to go with the parts.

I've emailed this support address over five times in the last month telling you ***** you sent me the wrong part, sending pictures of them to prove it twice. My wife has been barly able to get around because her old wheels are in such bad shape. I'm fed up with your company's lame asses! You will NOT be getting my business ever again and I will make sure to copy and paste this feedback/review on as many sites as I can!! Your company sucks!!

Very dependable and speedy delivery

I recently ordered a small part for a rollator. I needed and ordered only 1 part. HME, for some reason, processed and charged me for 2 pieces. I immediately reached out to them to correct the order before shipping, but got no response. Sure enough, I received 2 pieces. I’ve asked for a return authorization and refund of the 1 piece I didn’t need. So far, nothing!! I would recommend NOT doing business with this company.

The Drive (motor) I purchased was exactly the same one that I purchased from the Company through Medicare. With one BIG exception this one is quiet. The one I purchased through Medicare cost me $800.00 for mattress and drive. My husband is paralyzed and had a pressure sore so the visiting nurse ordered the mattress. When he was healed, three weeks later they called and said they were coming to pick it up. Because his sore was better. They said Medicare doesn't care about preventative care. He's peed on it, they didn't care. I had gotten rid of the old mattress and I knew he would be better off in the air mattress. So, I bought it from them and the drive was always crazy loud and vibrated big time. But I thought it needed to be that loud in order to work. Now I'm so happy with the new drive and now I'm wondering how old it was when they sold it to me. Learned a big lesson in purchasing big money items. I feel they took advantage of me shocking me with coming to take it back and knowing you're going to do the best thing for your loved one. Thank you, my nights are peaceful now.

It was easy to locate the part needed. Then they shipped it out right away. Part was easy to install. Got the bed up and running again.

Seller was professional and I am completely satisfied with my experience with them and their product.

ordered fork assy. for drive rollator, fast delivery, correct part. No problems with getting part, problem is with rollator itself. Bearings keep going bad on one wheel fork assy. 3rd or 4th time, always same fork

Sent the wrong part. But return was easy.

Shipping was very good but the price for a brake Cale clip was excessive

My wife is a quadriplegic and needed a replacement air pump for her hospital air mattress. Due to the urgency, I attempted to ask if this item was in stock. HME Medical Shop doesn't have operators, only email. I send an email but no info on stock status.

So, I ordered it. No indication of shipping date. I sent two more emails and left a message asking about the shipping date. No reply... just a refund for my order.

HME Medical Shop doesn't seem to have any customer service at all. At least not right now.
