HMC Property Group LTD Arvostelua

I cannot recommend Jamie and James at HMC Property highly enough!

From sourcing a fantastic property for me in Darlington overseeing the entire conveyancing process. They managed the refurbishment for me also, ensuring the property was renovated to a high standard!

Their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. They kept me informed at every stage and went above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. If you’re looking for a property investment team that genuinely cares and delivers on their promises, then HMC Property is the way to go!

Highly recommend HMC Property Group. Professional and friendly. The process has been easy. Being our first purchase we needed some hand holding and James and Jamie were supportive every step of the way. With a fast response to every query whatever time of the day or evening. We didn’t expect to hear from them so quickly but they were on hand at every stage. Chasing other parties and keeping us fully informed. Now to the next stage with them as the property has a refurb. No need to look elsewhere.

Returning client. Boys were brilliant once again. They took control from start to finish and made the experience very hands off once again. Would definitely recommend, as always, already on my next with HMC 👍🏽

We have just made a second purchase using HMC Property.
The purchase went through quickly & with a quick refurbishment the property was let within 2 weeks of completion.
Great end to end service which I would highly recommend.

Smooth process from start to finish.

Jamie and James are great to work with!

I recently completed my FIRST Buy-to-Let purchase through HMC Property Group, and the experience was top class from start to finish.

Everything was expertly managed, with Jamie and James taking care of all aspects, from liaising with the estate agent and solicitor to ensuring a smooth and stress-free purchase. Their communication was great, keeping me informed at every stage.

A minor refurbishment was arranged immediately after completion, and within a week, we expect the property to be tenanted, credit to their efficiency and strong network.

I’m absolutely delighted with how everything has gone and am already considering my next investment with them. Highly recommended!

Great process from start to finish!

Following a great first experience with Jamie and James I took on a second property through them. Very smooth process, they have access to a power team if you need them, weekly updates on build work with photos, and a lettings company ready to move when the refurb is completed. The first property was completed to a high standard by their builder, listed on Rightmove the day the refurb completed, tenant viewing confirmed within 30 minutes, and offer made that day! Tenants moved in a week later, second property due to complete refurb over the coming weeks and hoping the same swift tenant process for that one.

Both properties secured were off-market BMV, which is how decent sourcers should operate.

Was an effortless process and highly recommend the HMC team to any BTL investors.

It was nice doing business with HMC Property. James and Jamie helped me secure a lovely Buy to let property which didn’t need much work in Darlington and the property was let within 24hours of advertising. I would happily recommend their services to anyone who wants to invest in property.

Co-sourcing done right - FOR ONCE! Can’t fault these guys with how they operate given the many moving parts of sourcing investment properties for investors.
Having now co-sourced multiple deals with HMC and on the look out for more, it’s refreshing to work with a company that actually does what’s advertised. Onwards & upwards!

From the day I first made contact with James and Jamie. They have always put my interests first. We came across a few difficulties along the way of getting my first property but throughout they said positive and tried their best to over come the issues we faced. Now I’ve got my first property over the line it’s a huge thanks to them and wouldn’t be possible without their guidance. Hopefully this is first of many and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

James and Jamie have been brilliant. Always on the other end of the phone at any time of the day to answer questions. Been a pleasure! Looking forward to the next one!

James and Jamie have been exceptional to work with. Any uncertainties that we had about going into property were taken away as they were incredibly supportive, answering any questions we had in a timely manner and gave us recommended contacts for every part of the journey. All the guess work got removed and we’re confident to say we’ll be working with them again in the future!!

Great service from start to finish, great communication & always on hand whenever we've had any questions. sourced a great property with great potential too!

I wont be going anywhere else when looking for more properties!

Highly recommended & looking forward to working with them In the future!

James & Jamie are amazing! Would highly recommend. We used them to purchase our first investment property, they were always there to help us when we needed them!

It was a long process due to unfortunate things happening along the way (nobody’s fault) but they stuck by us until we were 100% happy!

Thank you for everything, onto the next!

Decided to work with Jamie & James as my entry point to property investing. Their end to end service is second to none,
these guys are true professionals at what they do and it really shows. I would highly recommend working with them and look forward to more success with HMC in the future.

James & Jamie do what they say they’ll do. From initial call, to completion of our first investment with them they have been prompt and consistent with communication, keeping us in the loop, but doing the hard yards to ensure it’s the hands off approach they initially say it will be. Looking forward to partnering with you guys again in 2025.

Great to do business with guys, kept me updated, and delivered a good service and package in the end. Even after delivery took the time to help out with property issues I had where possible. Would recommend thier services to anyone and would use them again for my investment portfolio.

I recently had a great experience with a service that really impressed me with their communication and availability. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries, providing helpful information whenever I needed it. It felt reassuring to know that I could reach out at any time and get the support I required. Their attentiveness made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
