As a regular customer I’m finding this…
As a regular customer I’m finding this whole refund process a bit frustrating! First refund request with no reply and too that it’s only in a credit note!!
Why do I have to wait for a refund instruction??? Why don’t they get back?
Shame I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.
