Hilton Macarons Arvostelua

Most of them were smashed to bits and not usable

Utterly delicious. Delivered right on time.Beautifully presented. Along with an opportunity to write a personal note this really is the most perfect gift when you need to send a special present to someone on their special day. Fantastic!

Lovely company to deal with. I made a mistake with the delivery address and had to change it. I was able to call and speak to a human being! Jane and Shelley provided great customer service and promptly sent a confirmation email. Made the perfect thank you gift 😊

Very helpful staff. Loved the salted caramel. We all found the lemon and raspberry a bit sweet, the filling in particular

I bought rainbow and cheeseboard macarons. Both arrived in excellent condition despite the heatwave. We enjoyed all the flavours in the rainbow box very much. The cheeseboard ones were not so much to our taste but well worth trying.

Ordering was great, the macarons were a gift which were received with much appreciation and enjoyed thoroughly. However, the delivery by the courier not so great. The box was left in the garden of the delivery address even though the recipient was at home. Luckily I was tracking the delivery and contacted the recipient to advise them to retrieve the box before the rain.

Sent these as a gift so I didn't see them but they were very well received. Timely delivery as well.

Great macaroons and quick delivery.

The new cheeseboard macarons were a resounding hit at our family Easter gathering today. Hope they stay on the menu!!

Bought for my wife’s birthday as she is Ceoliac these are a reliable and delicious treat. She loves them and reluctantly shares!!! I ordered in advance and were delivered precisely on day selected.

Lovely product that makes a fabulous gift especially for someone that is gluten free. The website is easy to use and macarons always arrives on time. It’s a lovely indulgent treat for all occasions with a great selection of flavours to choose. Especially love the floral collection.

Ordering is very easy but more importantly the Macrons are amazing.
These are now my go to gift to send for any celebration or condolence.
Very well packaged and put a smile on the face of the receiver.

delivery on time. packaged really well. wife really happy!!

Ordered for Valentine’s Day in advance. Delivered on time. Excellent set of GF macarons. Brownie points credited!

I have sent Hilton Macarons to friends and family and know they are always good quality, great flavours.
The delivery service is reliable.

You sent me an email saying last chance to order for Christmas so I ordered. And they didn’t arrive in time. In addition you then said that the last next day posting is 17th. But the item only has a 7 day shelf life. Why would I want 12 macaroons to arrive in time to give someone on the 25th dec. That had to be eaten by the end of the day? That’s ridiculous.

I ordered them next day delivery on the 19th so he had at least a couple of days left of the 7 days shelf life in which to eat them. If they arrived on the 19th/20th.

This is unacceptable and you need to find a better way of handling your shelf life of 7 days

Amazing product as always...never disappoints, and a great prompt service even during the busy festive season, delivery tracking was important too and Royal Mail didnt miss a beat...Thankyou!!!
