Hiring this for my son after double jaw surgery really helped with the swelling, pain and bruising. Would highly recommend for anyone having this type of surgery!

Absolutely awful customer service, my machine broke at the most vital time, and there's no way I can get it fixed or get a new one as they are supposedly closed on the weekend. When the recovery is so important, you'd think they'd care enough to have 24 / 7 support. Honestly, this is just awful. How can a recovery device company run in such a way. Please go with someone that can provide 24 / 7 support, and not this company.

I recently hired the Hilotherm machine to help with my recovery from double jaw surgery. I do not know how I would have managed without it! The cooling mask provided so much relief and it dramatically reduced any post op swelling. The machine is simple to use and comes with clear instructions. The customer service team were excellent and even delivered a day early due to my location. Loads of companies exclude N.Ireland for bulky deliveries so I was pleasantly surprised that Hilotherm services areas outside mainland UK. Can't not recommend enough!

What a fantastic company to deal with! They made hiring this machine so fuss free ! Brilliant machine, it made recovery so much easier and pain free! Highly recommended to anyone for post surgery recovery.

6 weeks ago I had triple jaw surgery and rented the face hilotherm mask for the first 2 weeks of my recovery, couldn’t recommend enough! wore it continuously for the duration i had the machine and it resulted in very light, small bruising and swelling to be very minimal. Well worth the price due to how great results are! Couldn’t have gone through them first weeks without it!

Freinds had kept mentioning getting an ice machine after my husbands knee surgery but something just told me it would be messy and the the thought of constantly having to fill machine with ice seemed a bit of a bore so I looked up what hospitals used and they use the hilotherm machine.Anyway we rented it and it was absolutely fantastic and I am convinced my husband recovered so well and quickly because of this machine .The delivery and the collection were all so easy ,the set up of the machine very straightforward .I would definitely be renting this again if needed

I had never heard of this device until the day of my son’s surgery, but the person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly. The machine was delivered the very next day, which was fantastic.

My son had double jaw surgery, and we rented the machine for two weeks. It has definitely made a difference to his recovery. At his 10-day post-operative check-up, someone in the room commented that he looked more like he was three weeks post-op, which really shows how much the machine helped reduce the swelling.

I would highly recommend this to anyone having jaw surgery. It was easy to use, the service was excellent, and it made a noticeable difference to my son’s recovery.

I've had to hire one of their units before for knee surgery, this time it was jaw surgery, both times Hilotherm have been excellent. They get it you when you need it and the unit is easy to set up and use. We had it during the heat wave and it did struggle a bit initially but once the temperature was lowered it really kicked it. It kept the swelling down and helped with pain. I would definitely use again but hope never to need to

Terrible and unprofessional. I have ordered the device like month in advance. They offered my country in the list, paid deposit, everything went smooth. For month nothing and now few days before my surgery they wrote me they are refunding me and that they are only operating in the UK (even tho they offer many countries on their site) Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

What a great produce and a great company .
We used this product following my wife’s total knee replacement post operation.
It’s marvellous we hired it for a month and was very reasonably priced too.
I don’t know what we would have done without it.
We would fully recommend it to anyone who is unsure ..

The machine we hired from Hilotherm was used to reduce the pain and swelling after a knee replacement. The machine has significantly improved the recovery of my mom who is 84 and helped her take less pain medication. The company were brilliant when we contacted them. Great customer service and clear communication to hire the machine. Would definitely recommend this company and their equipment.

Amazing device. Ordered following facial surgery, after recommendation by the surgeon. The swelling reduced within couple of hours of use & wound healing was amazing. Customer service was second to none. Would highly recommend both the device & the company.

Fantastic. Ordered for 2 weeks for my grandson to help after double jaw surgery. Unfortunately the operation was postponed for two weeks but Hilotherm were happy to postpone delivery. So easy to order. Delivery and collection very efficient. The mask was easy to use and helped to reduce pain and swelling so recovery has been quicker than expected. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very convenient as it was delivered and collected from our door. The device can be used continuously for long periods even overnight as opposed to ice. It was perfect for my knee surgery. Could do with a connecting tube so that two knees can be treated at the same time. The hospital also used a hilotherm but it was larger,, quieter and could cool both knees simultaneously.

Truly excellent option if, like me, you’re wanting a quick recovery from knee replacement. Very easy to book precise rental period and any extension (I opted to add an extra 2 weeks onto my original 2 at a cost of £100) which I think was invaluable. Maxine is very easy to operate and not so cold that it’s uncomfortable and therefore can be used as often as you like. They arrange collection which is also really helpful and easy. Thoroughly recommended.

We hired a unit from Hilotherm and it was a really easy process.
The unit arrived on the day requested with regular updates on delivery times.
Inside the box was really helpful instructions on how to set up the unit and use it.
Returning it was just as fuss free as the delivery.
Within 24 hours I had a confirmation that the holding deposit had been returned.
We used this after jaw surgery as it was recommended by the surgeon and it certainly helped to reduce the swelling.
Would highly recommend this company

The product is fabulous, without my daughters recovery would not have been as well.
