No Inventory
You don’t have my boot size, poor inventory availability. I need an insulated 13.5 or 14 EE. I cannot order what you don’t stock.
Disappointed,
Joe G.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know. We’re sorry we don’t currently have your size in stock and understand how frustrating that must be. We’re always working to expand our inventory, and we’ll pass along your request for insulated 13.5 and 14 EE boots to our team.
If you’d like, we can also notify you as soon as these sizes become available so you don’t miss out. Please let us know if you’d like us to do that.

Thank you for your great feedback! It’s excellent to hear that the boots and cold-weather gear performed so well in Green Bay conditions. Staying warm for four hours in December is no small test, and we’re glad everything delivered. We truly appreciate the recommendation.

Bought a second pair
I was happy enough with the boots that I bought a second pair. I lent mine to my son for his hunting trips and he liked them so much I decided to gift a pair to him.

Mid-Boot
This is definitely a high quality made boot. I love the ease of on and off and the dial/wire that replaces shoestrings. I will buy another pair when they go on sale.

Unexpected Performance
The boots were expensive, but I must say they were worth it. I wore them out the box on a pheasant hunt in South Dakota, 20 degrees, snow and some water. I did about 15,000 steps average per day on 5 days and my feet never hurt nor did they get cold. I brought 3 pairs of boots and wore my Hillmans everyday!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience!
We know our boots are an investment, so it’s incredibly rewarding to hear they proved their value right out of the box. Performing comfortably in 20-degree weather, snow, and wet conditions — and holding up over long days in the field — is exactly what they’re designed for.
The fact that you chose your Hillmans every day over the other pairs you brought says it all. We truly appreciate your trust and are glad they kept your feet warm, dry, and comfortable throughout your hunt in South Dakota!

Boots ordered were defective and were too big.
The return policy was actually going to cost me money due to ordering the wrong size even though they were defective but the customer service Rep did work it out for a free return. The new boots just arrived and seem as advertised

My husband said he has never wore a pair of boots like this. He is pretty fussy and and he said his feet have never been warmer, ever been drier, never been more comfortable, and his plantar's fasciitis never once hurt. These are a win-win boot for a lifetime.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review!
Hearing that your husband found the boots warmer, drier, and more comfortable than any he’s worn before truly means a lot to us — especially knowing they helped with his plantar fasciitis. Comfort and performance are exactly what we strive for.
We’re thrilled they’ve earned his approval (especially from someone who’s fussy!), and we’re honored to be part of a “win-win” boot he can rely on for years to come. Thank you for choosing Hillman and for sharing your experience!

Great customer service and great products. Very well built with extreme attention to detail and quality.
*0 stars* for the shipping... Between DHL and the USPS they lost my package, tracking showed it going half way around the world and back. 6 weeks later it finally showed up at my house. So I was unable to use the "much needed" rain jacket this hunting season but there's always next year. The great folks at Hillman stayed with me throughout the whole journey battling the shippers and their incompetency, looking back it was an adventure, for sure.

Unfortunately, carrier issues like this are outside of our direct control, but we’re grateful for your patience and for recognizing our team’s efforts to stay with you every step of the way. We always aim to advocate for our customers until the issue is resolved.
We appreciate your understanding and your support, and we hope your jacket serves you well on many future adventures. Thank you for choosing Hillman.

I bought my boots for deer season they worked great I hiked about 40 miles up and down hills. My boots had great traction on the rough terrain. Easy to put on and remove with the lace tighting knob. Comfortable boots well worth the money.

We’re really pleased to hear that you found the bag to be highly waterproof — that’s something we put a lot of focus into.
We do appreciate your feedback regarding the noise, as materials designed for maximum waterproofing can sometimes be a little stiffer. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our product team as we continue to improve future designs.
