My experience has been made great by Kate Clements. She has been working very hard to find me jobs that fit me. Also she has been a great motivator during my struggle.

Kate has mainly sent opportunities that I have requested fir remote/ work from home positions and follows up on my progress.

I am an HVAC tech by trade, and when I go to search it. It auto fills as maintenance mechanic, I got back and reset it but it changes it self right back along with the search area. Last but not least, the emails. I signed up for updates and I understand that Higher Hire sends many job leads, but when it's the same leads as the 3 emails before it. Anyways thank you guys for the leads.

I am looking for something in customer service, most of the jobs are sales or cashier jobs. Not your fault, the employers state customer service or customer support, however when you make contact with the recruiter, you find out it has little or nothing to do with customer service.

Can't talk to a person, their jobs list go to several different websites I've never heard of. Very confusing.
