Our platform shares real job opportunities from employers who are actively hiring, but we don’t make hiring decisions or control whether an employer responds. After you express interest or apply, the employer reviews applications directly and decides who to contact and when.

We also want to be transparent that our support team is currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of requests, which may cause delays in responses. We know that’s not ideal, and we’re actively working through the backlog as quickly as possible.

Not every employer responds to every applicant, but we’re working to improve clarity and communication throughout the process. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as it helps us continue improving the service.

We want to clarify that the only way to receive our SMS alerts is through an optional opt-in during registration. We never source phone numbers from LinkedIn or any other platforms. In some cases, it’s possible that a number was entered incorrectly during sign-up, which could explain why you received a message.
