This is a scam please avoid ...Rated one star only to enable me to leave a review I ordered a pair of safety trainers advertised on Google news for £19.99 from I thought deals.com with an address in France It took me through to newfashionvip.com and I found they are linked to three other companies all based in Limassol Cyprus My order was not completed as the payment was unsuccessful and said try again I did so but came up with same message I checked my creditcard account and it showed two pending amounts for £16.78 one going to newfashion the other to hifisound I received three texts with links asking me to complete my payment and later received six emails saying welcome to their club Two other companies sent emails gomakeupbag.com and go4my hobby.com There was no mention anywhere of joining a club I only wanted the trainers and there was no mention of my order being fulfilled The next day my bank contacted me saying they had attempted to take a further £23 My card is closed to remove my details from their system Hopefully! They are attracting people to order a product under false means

I had great customer service from HiFiSound - a new turntable lid arrived very well packaged but damaged which was replaced with no quibbles, quickly and with reposting costs all covered.
Speedy, helpful and friendly communications from Barry who sorted the problem out for me.

You need to get some kind of permission from the member to withdraw money from the card. I don't like it when people are taking money without any permission. Today, on 2025.03.25, your organization took $19 from my account. Can you refund the money?

I was forced to buy items I didn’t need when placing my order. It was good that I contacted support, as I was able to get help from them.

Scammed me through an online order I placed, they send me an e-mail claiming to come from GLS to pay for my shipping. Only for me to realise my order was received by another courier company and I just gave my CC details to them. AVOID and REPORT

This scam company forced you to put good reviews about them in exchange of my refund because they just deducted a subscription payment without me knowing. subscription of the items that i dont know. if you want to excempt me in your "policy" you cant really forced those who asked for refund
