Hifigo Arvostelua

Ordered the Juzear Butterfly 61T and the first pair unfortunately had a defect on the right side where I couldn't get any audio from them no matter what cable or source I used.

HiFiGo was quick to help and contacted the brand and after some back and forth demonstrating the problem, I received a new pair within a week of lodging the issue with them.

As a first time customer experience they were above and beyond!

I get my iems on time, good service, shipping on time,
payment without any problems

Friendly and fast service would highly recommend.

Negozio serissimo e consigliatissimo

Very fast shipment and great high quality products from this website. I placed an order and it was processed within the same day. I live in a country very far from mainland China and received my package within 5 days including the weekend!! My order was very nicely packaged and didn't have an absurd amount of bubble-wrap or other packaging filler. Highly recommend buying from HiFiGo if you live in Oceania.

Website was very easy to navigate. Product descriptions were very precise. Customer service was excellent. Shipping was much faster than expected with accurate tracking. I will purchase from them again.

I have already bought many products from HifiGO and I sincerely recommend them.

Excellent customer service, quick response times and they did everything possible to make sure I was happy.
I will be shopping with them again in the future.

Bought here twice dunu glacier iems and then oriolus isabellae, good experience all the way and support works. Delievered fast for this far way

Serious seller, everything I have ordered arrived in good time and perfect condition.

Will now be my forever go-to supplier of anything audiophile. Superb all round service. Great website. Easy ordering. Every device you'd want in stock. Trustworthy and super quick delivery. Delivery time to UK estimated at 7 to 10 days but every item ordered has arrived in under a week. My DAP failed within 3 months of purchase. Contacted customer support and received helpful and efficient responses within a few minutes. Returned DAP as per comprehensive instructions and received DAP back 3 weeks later fully repaired. UK to China, repaired and back in my hands in 3 weeks. Incredible!

Great products , nice customer service

I purchased two items at Hifigo. One headphone amp and a DAC. First class service, fast shipping, reliable shop. I recommend them. 10+

A lot of products, good prices with several sales events that give good discounts.
Responsive and good support. Correct deliveries.
I already made several purchases and never had an issue.

Nice site, very responsive support, and good discounts from time to time.

Excellent shop for earphones, headphones and related amps, dacs and accessories. Good service and reasonably fast delivery. Consider also that they offer delivery options for Europe with prepaid tax and duties at no additional cost.
Highly recommended, will buy again in the future.

This website contain many audiophile product which is pretty cool. Shipping was fast along with the quality of the product here is just great. My only problem would be that it's limited to what it have avaliable. Example, i've been looking for the new Moondrop Dusk IEMS, it's not avaliable here which i have to go to other store to get my hand on it. but other than that, everything else is good.

I’ve used Hifigo on a number of occasions. I’ve been happy with the service every time. Prices are good, there’s a great range of products and delivery to the UK is quick and hassle free. I applaud that they have a free post option with duties paid, taking the worry out of buying an imported product.
