I've been waiting a month and a half and still haven't received the case I ordered. I emailed them multiple times asking about the delay and demanding a refund. Each time they give me a new excuse: it's tariffs, it's wildfires, it's customs, it's a holiday. Still haven't received my product or my money back. Will never shop with them again!

Never received my phone cases. Emailed about the issue and never got a response.

I’ve requested a refund but they have not responded to my query despite following up many times.

Even though it is in their refund policy they keep insisting other options rather than providing a refund.

And not only that, my order was delivered after 1.5 months.

The case was so much better than expected, they are all so sturdy and really do protect your phone, I’m so clumsy and dropped my phone a few times but there’s not even one scratch and they look so so pretty😍
