Mixed experience. Had a couple of half decent wins. They brag about instant payouts but that only applies when they’ve processed the payment so a bit of ambiguity there.
Recently a few times I’ve gone to the site it brings up the German version even after clearing everything and putting in the correct web address it will go to the German version 10 times or so then finally the uk version. I went on the live chat about this and while they were trying to blame my device ( I e experienced it on 3 devices) their replies were also switching between English/German. It’s made me quite wary of the site and I’m not sure it’s safe.

I just won on a casino game. Watched it play the 14 spins in total (got extra spins during play)
Didn't pay the winnings to my credit.
Contacted them via chat and no history of the win.
So either I'm lying or going slightly mad OR this app is floored.
Edited following reply below.
I contacted chat, they said it would be escalated to "the team" and the chat would be sent to them.
Obviously no point in trying to contact via the below email, it's stated in many reviews that it doesn't work, no replies, duff email address.
Cleared my account of any remaining funds.

Absolute sham of a site. I'm stilling waiting to receive my winnings after 6 days. Its been escalated, apparently, but still nothing in my bank. Customer service is appalling to say the very least. Payments team are a joke, just seem to be on a constant go slow. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. I know as soon as my payout FINALLY hits the bank my account will be permanently CLOSED

Is their any contact number for hey spin Ive tried some off Google but not in use... I've set up an account and deposited 40 pound and been thrown off the site and won't let me login in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Brilliant site and I dont know why there's so much negativity about it I think it's a great site and would recommend it to my friends

All these bad reviews…can t believe that this company doesn t transfer the funds or block any account for no reason…I opened an account on 11/09/2023 deposit £100 and play the slot Lord of Ocean and had 4 bonuses in 15 min and make £500 in 15 min, keep playing and lost everything, that s not the site to blame cause I didn t stop…anyway I ve done couple of more deposits up £1000 and won £4700 and withdraw it…the money came to my account second day without any issues and again my account it s fresh just opened it and still the money came second day,so how can other people say this company doesn t pay the money

Terrible site. My gf wished she never got involved. She won £200 but they won’t pay out. They keep asking for documents to be uploaded even tho she’s uploaded them several times. Sham of a company. Avoid at all costs. There was no option for no stars. Also I’m just adding this in, The email address they want me to reply to is a dud. It doesn’t work so looks like it’s all a big scam.

these are thieves, they closed my account without returning the money... the reason was the vulgar language... it was caused by their frauds when betting where it was their fault. they took the money for the bet but they didn't bet it but they didn't give the money back... when I wrote with him they ignored it and after a long time when I got nervous they blocked me

Was dubious after reading the reviews but I have to say there have been no issues since joining. Great selection of slots available. I generally do tennis accumulator bets and maybe the number of tennis matches could improve but all main tournaments are available so can’t really complain. Withdrawal time was 24 hours from processing to payment back on to debit card. Not sure why all the negative reviews but been good for me so far.

I don't even want to give 1 star but ... Just stay away from that casino .

This site is the worst of them all!!
They have ridiculous wagering requirements
They will let you win but only on bonus money that can’t be withdrawn
Stick to trusted betting sites as this one is a complete fraud

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, probably from bad losers
I’ve played a lot of slots online
And I must say the experience was great i withdrew £1400 from betting £100 on the site
The win rate of bonus spins was excellent

You have replied to me giving me you're email Address on here , unfortunately the email address you have given me does not work . I am still waiting for My new withdrawal to be processed my username is Danny267006 . Please email back with the email you have on you're site .

This isn’t a scam site. I’ve played enough of them to know for over 15+ years. The choice of games is decent. I agree it’s hard to get hold of customer services, but withdrawals are as they state (providing they already have verified you). I waited less than 24 hours for withdrawal to be processed. All in all, I like this site

Decided to make a small deposit being mindful that there are so many Casino Scams right now....that was 3 days ago....I won a small amount and decided to make a withdrawal, just to see what will happen and was told by Heyspins that it will take 48 hours for processing...up until now, that withdrawal has not been sent back to my bank...
SO THIS ONE IS ANOTHER SCAM....PLEASE AVOID THESE NEW CASINOS.

Do not put your money into heyspin they advertise on instagram as they have the game plinko just to draw you in as every add on instagram shows people winning on plinko, once you’ve signed up for £25 u realise it’s not in there and u end up throwing your money away on some other rubbish game ,please don’t do it it’s a con

Amazing, please don’t listen to the bad reviews! As long as you are playing legitimately, you will have no problem. Deposited £50 in total and withdrew £2000, requested it at 9:30am it was sat in my bank by 1:30pm!!! Quickest withdrawal turn around on any site I’ve played. I do have to send In some documentation, which I’m gathering atm, but my withdrawal was not withheld. Fantastic service and a happy Tuesday to me!

I played on 21/07/23 won and withdraw my £44 to find I should recieve 43 as fees were taken and still not got my money now in august. It's disgusting that they are treating customers this way and ripping them off. I want my money. It's not there's to take.
