Product does not perform as advertised. I can only receive 8 channels with the WaveMax indoor TV antenna.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The antenna product does not work, they charged for extended warranty without my approval. They will not take it back because they said more than 30 days but cannot show me where I was supposed to have read that. They will not give a phone number or a company name. They are hiding behind a heyhelp email scam!

Amazon is a very good large corporation. When ive needed help then it's right there for me.
They deliver when they say they will. Sometimes I can't figure why the they haven't gone under Delivering a tube of lipstick.

If I could give zero stars I would! As with the other reviews, my package was way overdue, I had to contact the seller, I tried to cancel but they said I couldn't. When I finally received the packaged, one of the electric toothbrushes had been opened, there was a toothbrush randomly inside the bag, the toothbrushes were poor quality. I tried to contact the company to return, first I had to fill out a survey, then they wanted me to keep the package for a 35% refund, I said no I want to return, at my own expense for a full refund. The next email said my product is not returnable.

Ordered one antenna for $31.90, no insurance, no warranty. Receive invoice for correct amount, and for another a with warranty for $75.93. Contacted seller within two minutes and lodged complain. Received rely that the order was already packed and forwarded to shipping. I one minute, in middle of the night? Absolute lie. After another complaint I received another email that nothing can be done, and if I am not happy with the product I can return it for refund. I requested address where to send the product, but no reply! Absolutely disgusting customer service. But thanks for my usage of PayPal. After my complaint which I forwarded to PayPal I got immediately refunded the amount for the second antenna and warranty which I did not order. Do not deal with this company, it is absolutely unacceptable conduct and you will be sorry if you do!

I was given a tracking number after I called because the maximum delivery time was past by one day. It showed up the day after the tracking number which was good. The product is better quality than I could purchase locally. Someone at the "fulfillment center" opened my package - apparently out of curiosity. I could tell it had been opened, but it was not effected by their peeking.

My favourite friend wellheater are now using heyhelp.com as a contact don't bother.

Ordered one antenna and received five. No paperwork or invoice to return items for refund. Emails not answered and finally a phone number provided by PayPal resulted in a contact. Agent transferred the call to someone that was to provide information. Nothing! Now I'm told I exceeded the 30 days return policy so nothing will be done.

Price was double what it was on other sites tried to cancel told it had been shipped then to receive a email for me to confirm my address was correct,bit late then if it had been shipped.

Service was excellent especially tracking delivery and actual delivery. Product does what is designed for.

By accident 2 wave vistas got ordered and it costs us $75.00. Reached out immeadiately to let them know. They said they' get back in touch, NEVER did. The wave vistas were a total scam. They don't work and then I saw UTUBE page where NO ONE was happy. Nasty complaints on reviews. It's people like your Co. that is greedy for money and NOTHING else. Stick your wave vistas and I hope they pull your ads!!!!!

This is one of the useless co and the great cheaters. I didn't order but they charged and I cancelled in 20 minutes after receiving an email. They replied that order has been received processed and sent for shipment. I received the package after 41
days. order Dec 10 and receipt of package on Jan 20

WaveMax is bullshit I get 6 channels, sometimes and their phone#s are a no go

I purchased 3 mini portable Air Coolers after seeing advertisements on YouTube. I thought they would be ideal for friends who don't have Airconditioning.
Unfortunately they prove to be little more than a small fan and I couldn't detect any cooling effect apart from the air being generated by the fan.Don't waste your money. It will cost you to return them also!
