Aber dafür werden sich die Staatsanwaltschaft kümmern.
Es dreht sich alles im Kreise.Am 24.05.25 habe ich meine Rücksendung, drei Antennen an 4PX Express GmbH Ludwig- Erhard-Str. 57 in Bremen geschickt und
bis heute 25.06.25 keine Rückerstattung erhalten.

I purchased four Handy Heater Turbo 800 which was sent to me via Heyhelp.cc Two of the units where defective, one over heating & hardly blowing any Air. The other not blowing any air @ all. Said order cost me in total £160 sterling. I phoned the so called UK help line on mobile number:-01322-936523 four times & was put through to unhelpful & rude reps who where taking the calls from Home. One of them said their name was Nile, who I was put through too twice.
All with the same outcome. No help @ all, rude, & releasing the call, which is a no-no as regards to call handeling. What a complete waste of time, & also a waste of money as well. Is that the way Heyhelp.cc treat their Customers, unprofessional & shocking. That is why I'm advising all Trustpilot Reviewers, to give this so-called Company, a wide berth. Misleading about available channels even with xtra booster cost. I have never heard of most of the channels. Very disappointed. I was hoping it would work to eliminate my 91 year old mother's cable cost. She is forced to pay over $160 a month for a handful of channels she watches. Very sad there aren't options for seniors.

Send refund for piece of junk I got in the mail ant. Does not work in my area

Bought 5 camtrix mini cameras, Absolute Rubbish had tech Expert to set them up, Nothing but Ads , with No way of deleting them, App kept crashing. He couldn’t even get them working. Please DONT waste your money, £160 down the drain

Wave indoor antenna sold on internet, billed by Commerce Core UAB and complaints/returns by support(at)heyhelp.cc. This is one of the worst experiences of my life. I was in constant communication with them from 3/5 - 3/11/2025 where they agreed to give me a 75% refund or $70.40 from a $93.86 charge from Commerce Core UAB. first I was told refund in 5 days on 3/5 then on 3/11 I'm told 14 days from the start date or 3/19. Today I went to PayPal and was told I need to resolve this with Commerce Core UAB. no credit issued to PayPal as of 3/20. They have stung me along to exceed the 30 days. Morale of this story be very careful of buying anything off the internet, for me that's the end of my buying anything off unknown sources on the internet period. Buy only from reputable known sources.

R Sheldon Anderson I bought a indoor TV Antenna and tried it many ways, could a few channels but not one was strong enough to watch. I put it back in box and hope for refund.

I bought 2 cameras and somehow my order multiplied and I was charged and ended up, eventually receiving multiple cameras that I didn’t need or want.i paid through PayPal and I explained the situation and was credited for all the extra cameras I’d been charged for and eventually received. Overall happy with the refund service , not sure about the cameras as I’ve been overseas and as they didn’t arrive before I left haven’t been able to use.

I ordered 3 ionic air purifiers, they were twice the price of Amazon and took 2 months to receive them. They promised 5-7 business days. Horrible service, Stay away from this company!

I am attaching a photo of the item in question and your shipment.
I expect you to send a working item and I will send you the old one that no longer works.
Otherwise I expect a refund.
You have all the shipping information in the emails you sent me so don't waste my time rewriting them.
I expect a prompt shipment of the item, without too many bureaucratic complications, otherwise I will be forced to give you a very unfavorable review.

Terrible!!!

Brought adjustable glasses and changed my mind within 20 minutes of order and emailed straight away to be told warehouse had already dispatch goods.

I requested refund and was told to receive and try the items and was receiving regular replies. After receiving glasses they did not work and requested refund...no reply, emailed numerous times and no reply. Item brought through Paypal do complaining through Paypal, would NOT recommend purchasing any items that use this company poor after service and item does not work.

I contacted sumone @ thr end & said I wanted to cancel the Digital HDTV person said that’s my order Cancelled

Do not buy this wall heater from this company. If I could give them a ZERO rating, I would. Sadly, I believed I was purchasing 3 "Handy Powerful Heaters" Turbo 800 as advertised,with quick and efficient heat, amazing features that sustain heating. They do not. They are disappointingly of very poor quality, lacking in power and heat, certainly not "turbo" in any sense and they are not worth the money spent on them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The overall quality of the product is of an inferior quality and I regret I didn't research the company or look at their reviews. The "heat" the company suggests is non existent. It's barely warm and nothing like it's advertised. If I put all three heaters into a small cupboard they would not offer sufficient heat. People who are looking to add heat to their rooms in this cold season should not buy this product, as they are a total waste of money. Delivery was poor having waited weeks and then adding insult to injury, when they arrived all three boxes arrived damaged. There are no amazing features in this product so save your money and do not buy this product.

did not fit my dental anatomy very well and would not remain attached to either my upper or lower teeth therefore seem to just fall back in the mouth. I bought 3 but only used 1. Good luck returning this as customer service is not very good. I would be very wary of buying this product.

I gave one star because I had to in order to review! This product does nothing but wet surfaces and give the surface a pleasant scent. What a waste of $$$!

The product does work as advertised, the have way to many rules to return the product. Overall this is just another scam DO NOT PURCHASE
