As a whole, I had a grate experience with heybets.io. They have a lot of sports you can bet on, good bonuses and they move fast on the withdrawals. However, I think they should add more casino games and should respond faster on live chat. You should try it out.

I currently play at 5 different casinos. I can really say that I love Heybets because they give me a lot of bonuses and the withdrawals are very fast. Also, I have a VIP manager who is always there to help me. Really reccomend it!

I have requested for withdrawal but no action has been taken yet. I have even tried to reach them out via mail and msg (help section) but yet not response. I thing I got scam by this.

Heybets.io Zahlt nicht aus

Ich habe bei Heybets. Io im Mai 2023 ein Konto eröffnet und damals explizit nachgefragt, ob ein Konto mit Wohnsitz in Österreich ohne Probleme eröffnen kann. Im Mai vom Supportmitarbeiter Luke, wurde mir bestätigt, dass dies kein Problem sei. Ich spielte bis Oktober 2023 bei Heybets diverse Wetten und war auch in der Lage im September nochmals einzuzahlen. Ich benutzte das Konto aus Österreich und mit einer IP aus Wien.
Es besteht bei Heybets nicht die Möglichkeit seine Adresse einzutragen oder sich zu verifizieren, bevor man dazu aufgefordert wird.
Im Oktober wollte ich dann mein Guthaben auszahlen, und wurde dann aufgefordert meinen Pass und einen Adressnachweis hochzuladen. Diese habe ich getan.
Kurze Zeit später kam dann die Antwort vom Supportmittarbeiter Luke (der mir im Ami sagte, dass ein Wohnsitz in Österreich kein Problem sein), dass Österreich ein „restricted Country“ ist und Heybets.io als regulierter Buchmacher aus diesem mein Konto Schließen müsse. Kein Wort dazu was mit meinem Guthaben passiert. Bis heute wurde auch nicht ausgezahlt, noch nicht einmal die Einzahlung. Es hab nie eine Warnung oder Mitteilung, dass Österreich als restricted eingestuft wurde.
Auf meine Nachfrage, dass mir Mai gesagt wurde Österreich als Wohnsitz ok ist, Kam vom Support (auch wieder Luke), dass es Mai auch noch ok war.
Ich habe Heybets, dann einen Adressnachweiss meines 2. Wohnsitzes in der Schweiz eingereicht und gebeten, mein Konto mit diesem Wohnsitz zu verifizieren. Hätte man mich irgendwann mal informiert, dass Österreich restricted ist, hätte ich mit dann direkt, mit dem Schweizer Wohnsitz verifiziert. Aber da ich OHNE WARNUNG bis Oktober aus Österreich spielen konnte habe ich meinen Wohnsitz in Österreich genommen. Auf diese Mail wurde zuerst gar nicht reagiert seitens Heybets. Auf nochmalige Nachfrage meinerseits, ob man es jetzt mit meinem Schweizer Wohnsitz verifizieren kann, auszahlen würde kam die Antwort,

dass ich ja ein neues Konto aus mit meinem Schweizer Wohnsitz aufmachen könnte, aber kein wort dazu, was mit meinem alten ist.
Seit Mitte November erscheint jetzt Mitteilung Warnung, dass Österreich restricted ist.

Bis heute keine weiteren Antwort bzw. Reaktionen mehr seitens Heybets.
Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, zumindest die Einzahlung, sollte es doch zurückgeben.

Heybets.io does not pay out

I have at Heybets. Io opened an account in May 2023 and explicitly asked at the time whether residents could open an account without any problems. In May, I was confirmed by support representative Luke that this was not a problem. I played various bets at Heybets until October 2023 and was also able to deposit again in September. I used the account from Austria and with an IP from Vienna.
At Heybets it is not possible to enter your address or verify yourself before you are asked to do so.
In October I wanted to pay out my balance and was then asked to upload my passport and proof of address. I did these.
A short time later, the answer came from the support agent Luke (who told me in Ami that living in Austria would not be a problem) that Austria is a “restricted country” and that Heybets.io, as a regulated bookmaker, had to close my account. No word on what will happen to my credit. To date, no payment has been made, not even the deposit. There was never a warning or notification that Austria was classified as restricted.
When I asked that I was told that Austria was ok as a place of residence in May, I was told by support (Luke again) that May was also ok.
I submitted to Heybets, then proof of address of my 2nd place of residence in Switzerland and asked to verify my account with this place of residence. If I had been informed at some point that Austria was restricted, I would have verified directly with my Swiss residence. But since I was able to play from Austria WITHOUT WARNING until October, I took up residence in Austria. At first there was no response from Heybets to this email. When I asked again whether I could now verify it with my Swiss residence and pay it out, the answer was,

that I could open a new account where I live in Switzerland, but no word on what's going on with my old one.
Since mid-November there has been a warning warning that Austria is restricted.

To date, there have been no further answers or reactions from Heybets.
I've never experienced anything like that, at least the deposit was supposed to be returned.

Still not received my funds after 4 months of verification. I am hopeful that this process can be finsihed. I will update the experience before the year ends. As of now I can not recommend singing up here.
