Giving 1 star cos I can't give zero. I bought a desktop printer and after printing approx 12 pages in colour and <50 in B&W it's out of ink ! And I have to tie myself into a subscription service to get more. Oh, and don't bother trying to get help - their product support is simply appalling - voice recognition that doesn't and the call back service is 'temporarily unavailable, try again later'. Really ?

You aren't really buying a printer from HP, more like leasing it on ridiculous terms.The printer itself is permanently going wrong - drops offline, takes an age to go back online, only prints bits of what you ask into print, stops printing if it's less than full to the brim with paper. The apps are appalling, they mainly don't work or redirect you to the website the whole time which defeats the object of them even having an app. Then of course they brick your printer if you don't buy their ink which you can either do at a stupidly inflated price or through their instant ink sub - which in itself is pointless as they only send ink when you've run out, not when the cartridges have dried up. So unless you're printing continuously you're just sending them money for cartridges you'll never get. Horrible company.

All I am trying to do is buy an upgrade computer. Left hanging on the sales line, unhelpful with configuration confirmation, don't reply, then prices go up while I wait.
A very very long term HP customer. Disappointing to see it go this way.

Reliable to Fail. My 6000 series printer NEVER works first time. Always takes an hour or so the get running.
WORST printer I have ever had. Avoid like the plague.

Beware scammers are intercepting e mails to HP technical support - the address on its website.

Have tried to report to HP but no response.

Ordered the HP Omnistudio X, delivery guaranteed within 1 to 2 days. Already had a HP account with correct information yet the delivery note neglected house name/number and computer is stuck in the Royal Mail Hub wondering where to go. Contacting customer support was a nightmare. I got cut off on the "online chat" then further cut off on the telephone. I was advised to "cancel the order" and wait 5 to 7 days for payment to be reimbursed before ordering again. Over £2k is a significant amount of money and no other solution was forthcoming. I have a HP Envy AIO 32" and a HP Pavillion laptop 17" but this non caring attitude by HP sales/support staff is too much for me to continue with this brand. I have totally lost confidence, there was no proper ownership of this other than "cancel and wait 5 to 7 days". That is absolutely appalling. Wondering what Dell are like as my next company of choice.

Worst laptop ever purchased, problems almost immediately. Customer service and tech support awful.

What can I say that others have not already said? I have a high-spec laptop that is next to useless, and a customer support service that is extremely difficult to talk to. Then, when you do get through, they can't help. Never again...

Well that printer got Ron Swansoned in the garbage. Hp are terrible products with terrible customer service.

Without doubt the worst on-line company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I assumed, as an established firm, that I would have be able to discuss and issues that arose. They sent me a £250 printer and took my money, no problem at all. Unfortunately it doesn't work, iv3 had to take 2 days off work, as they are only available during working hours. They are not able to fix it, and are now ignoring every email and phone call I make, to try to get it picked up and my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HP, the product was faulty and customer service is terrible. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option!

HP could not deliver a laptop to me even after trying ordering 5 times and ending up with the bank thinking the transactions were fraudulent.
They can't recognise a simple address and cut off half of the address (the flat number) meaning the item continually didn't get delivered.
Now I'm returning an HP laptop from a different address and they have done it again - completely missed the first line off the address of even after to confirming it phonetically.
They are almost the most difficult company I've had to deal with and there customer service continually fails to live up to it's promises. Actions never seem to get completed and calls are just a waste of time as the information they give is lazy and incorrect. They is a total lack of customer service and quality control in my many experiences of this company and I wish my daughter hadn't bought a laptop from this company as I'd vowed never to deal with them again!

Après l'achat d'une imprimante HP envy 6400 il y a trois ans, nous craquons et changeons d'imprimante alors qu'elle est pleinement "fonctionnelle".

Ce n'étaient que des mauvaises surprises ; entre le système de mise en ligne de l'imprimante qui est irréversible, l'interface qui fait tout pour nous faire acheter leur service de commande de cartouches, le prix exorbitant desdites cartouches (qui ont les trois couleurs dans une même cartouche, donc à changer même si il reste de l'encre) et le fait qu'elles sèchent si on les utilise trop peu... Et également, un greenwashing abominable qui cherche à nous faire croire que c'est en recyclant quelques feuilles que l'impact écologique diminuera.

Vraiment, ce n'était que des mauvaises surprises ; et tout jusque dans les moindres détails faisait sentir que HP cherchait à soutirer un maximum d'argent et rendre dépendants à leurs services.

Le seul petit avantage que j'ai trouvé, c'est que l'installation sur un système Linux se fait automatiquement et est fonctionnel. Mais ça ne compense pas tous les inconvénients que j'ai brièvement énumérés.

Cela converge avec l'achat d'un ordinateur portable il y a une dizaine d'année ; qui était de qualité acceptable mais dont la longévité a fait défaut malgré tout le soin que j'ai pu lui donner.

Donc : fuyez autant que possible.

Utterly useless. Malfunctions at every stage. Hours setting up and nothing.

Instant Ink - they sign you up to a reasonable plan, and then raise the cost very regularly and much higher than the inflation rate. The ‘in hand’ pages are also reduced when you reduce the plan pages.
Very poor service!

My printer a desk jet 4220e was new last year . It was always a nightmare to use but I cancelled my ink subscription they make you have last June. By January they hadn't stopped billing me and blocked the printer .
Its still blocked despite online chats I couldn't get help or complain .so im having to bin a new printer

Why has Hewlett Packard still not updated its drivers for even though Windows 11 operating system has been in use for more than 3 years now!!
Could it a built in obsolescence?

I bought one of their new wireless printers last year. With over 7 months of full warranty left I have cancelled my account and thrown the printer in the bin.its been nothing but trouble since I bought it as it lost connectivity with the internet at every opportunity. It's performance when it worked was ubrilliant. There comes a time when you have to decide that you are not prepared to continue hitting your head against a brick wall. It happened to me when I needed to type a letter to renew my driving licence after a health problem. But their support using an AI assistant was unbelievably bad.
I eventually rang them and closed my account which is in credit.
They then sent me an email saying they would have to charge me.
Not a chance in hell.

Should be no stars for a printer that is 10 months old and hasn't worked for more than two successive weeks, since purchase.
The ink is shown to have run out only after a few pages and the printer stops because of this. Only installing a new cartridge makes it continue, so continually buying it. Have sent several emails but had no response. As a private tutor, I rely on my printer for my lessons. Have had to use friend's printers- both Brother printers- or write things by hand.
I thought I just had a dodgy unit but a friend bought an HP printer a couple of months
ago and after not being able to complain, they have now binned it and got an alternative.
Wish I had looked on Trustpilot before I got mine; absolutely not fit for purpose.

I ordered a repair service from HP to replace a screen crack of my laptop.

After few days I received a msg that my parcel has been shipped back from a courier delivery schedule on their site.

Not only my returned parcel got misplaced and I received a package of tobacco instead, I also had to deal with this stressful situation for nearly two weeks now.

After a lot of back and forth over the phone, emails and msgs with HP support via WhatsApp, I finally got a short email stating that my parcel has been returned to HP (Flextronics Gsm HP laptops).

Despite not received any explanation from the company about what happened, I have requested photos of my laptop before they would re ship it.

For my surprise, the picture shows that my laptop has a significant damage on the left corner which did not have previously.

I have requested a replacement of my unit because the new damage has now compromised the hardware of my laptop (which occurred during under HP custody’s)

I was promised to have a feedback to address the issue, yet I do not have either my laptop or a replacement.

I do not recommend HP to anyone.
