Broke the USB connector of my Sprint pedals by standing on the cable. Contacted Heusinkveld and they immediately reached out with instructions and guide for replacement PCB for the pedal and quoted price for the parts which only seemed to cover the cost of shipping to NZ. Amazing service and support.

I had an exceptional experience with the support team. Having interacted with many companies over time, I can confidently say this was the best support I have ever received. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and effectiveness was truly outstanding.

I bought Ultimate pedals and some other products about 10 years ago. Their kit is of the highest quality, but I recently had an issue (only one in 10 years of use!). Many companies would not be interested in helping a sale which was that long in the past, but support were fantastic. Fast and precise responses - they actually read my emails in detail, not just canned responses telling me to try things I'd already done.
A couple of emails later, they had given me a great solution. 13 minutes after the last email, the package was on its way.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a great company, the support service is one of the best in the market if not the best itself . I had a loadcell problem with my brake pedal , after contacting support they were quick to react and sent me a new one all the way to Morocco . Trust me it was fast. Just as fast as you will be when driving with their pedals .

Quality is extremely good even for price point.
I had some problem with input with one of them.
They send me new one without even waiting for my return. Just 2 or 3 days after my contact with support I got new pedal and then I send back previous one with some little sensor issue.

Waar moet ik beginnen, ik voel mij als ex retailer door Heusinkveld enorm belazert. Wij hebben nota benen 10 jaar lang Heusinkveld mee groot gemaakt veel energie gestopt in het merk. Wij mochten van Heusinkveld pedalen niet los verkopen terwijl we een internet bedrijf zijn met erg veel massa verkoop en weinig turnkey Solutions. Wij verkochten het merk veel in combinatie met Simucube dus (als bundel) tot mijn verbazing mochten wij niks los verkopen en bepaalde Heusinkveld dat wij artikelen niet online bestelbaar mogen hebben. Maar nu komt het, al onze concurrenten mogen dit wel, dit is gewoon keiharde markt verdeling in mijn ogen en mijn concurrentie meer voordeel geven op deze manier. Toen ik besloot dit niet meer te accepteren en deze ook gewoon los te verkopen gooide Heusinkveld mij zonder pardon uit het retailprogmma, dit is in mijn optiek dus misbruik maken van je monopolie positie. Zo ga je dus om met je klanten rond uit schofterig. Ik heb geprobeerd om op allerlei manieren met de eigenaar van het bedrijf in contact te komen maar deze verschuild zich achter zijn personeel. Nu zie ik dat er nog veel meer bedrijven Heusinkveld verkopen vooral nieuwe bedrijven deze bedrijven wel losse verkoop mogen doen. Bedrijven die jullie nooit geholpen hebben vanaf het begin, dit wat wij wel gedaan hebben, Ik ben diep diep diep teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf dat je zo met je relaties omgaat. Ik heb er gewoon geen woorden voor en dit neem ik persoonlijk op niet eens zakelijk meer dit is gewoon een persoonlijke rot schop bedankt voor het groot maken nu hebben we je niet meer nodig. Ik wil alleen maar aan Svend doorgeven deze is ook persoonlijk schaam je diep heel diep.

Bought my Sprint Pedals from Heusinkveld and had the controller board in the rear of my brake broken (Power Supply i.e. USB Cable went off).

Heusinkveld helped me immediately (even responding on a Sunday) and after some hick ups created by my email adresse, they have not given up on helping me until i was able to order the replacement part.

Fantastic Products and now I also know: FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

So I ordered my Sprint Pedals from Heusinkveld via GPerformance and have owned them for about 3wks now.
I was having an issue with my pedals having latency/lagging issue.
Enzo at Heusinkveld helped quickly and sent out a new pcb for my Brake pedal.
So im super pleased with their communication and helpfulness.
Its a far stretch from other "Tec" companies that dont respond for weeks.

My only issue now is that my Throttle pedal was mistakenly ripped out of the RJ9 connector when I tried to install the pcb and I'm stuck with a broken Throttle pedal now.
