Just finished the Hiu course with Dave the trainer was excellent and very helpful for anyone and the girls in the office are fantastic and professional highly recommended for anyone thinking of doing course there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a really good experience doing my HIU training course with Dave very knowledgeable tutor and easy to understand . The girls at the reception were very helpful with any questions I had as it’s my first time at Herts energy.

Excellent course with an experienced and very helpful tutor. Learned many technical things about HIUs and I can definitely recommend this HIU course.

I competed the HIU course. Teacher was very helpful and friendly. The course was very detailed and gave me more of an understanding about servicing and maintenance.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff had excellent servicr. Tutors do know exactly what they are talking about so there is no worry on whether or not you are getting your money's worth!

HEA delivered a very comprehensive HIU course that covered everything ranging from heat network principles to hands-on installations, servicing, and other fault finding. Understanding the mix of theoretical and practical training across different systems gave me the real confidence booster I needed to apply these skills on-site. My instructor, Dave, was incredibly helpful throughout the course and took the time to explain things clearly, making sure everyone understood the technical and practical aspect

I recently completed the last part of my gas portfolio on site with Spencer, and I can honestly say his guidance throughout was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain things clearly, which made the whole process far less stressful and helped build my confidence along the way. His support on site was invaluable, and I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor to help me get everything completed.
I’d also like to mention Hayley and Paula in the office, who went above and beyond behind the scenes to make everything happen. Their help in organising the portfolio and securing me a place on the G3 course at such short notice was amazing. Their communication and commitment made the entire experience smooth from start to finish, and I’m really grateful for all the effort they put in.

I finish my course big thanks to everyone at Herts Energy Academy the staff very helpful, the teachers very professional everything explained very well lots facilities to learn, the train station 5 minutes walk great experience from start to finish would highly recommend. Thank you again

Passed my ACS after completing the 6 month MLP, as well as certifications in HIU’s, Heat pumps, water regs and unvented systems. I would recommend every single one! Everything was explained really in depth and I was supported throughout all of my time there. Big thanks to everyone at Herts Energy Academy!
