Hero Journey Club Arvostelua 

I’m really enjoying my Journey! It’s great to have a safe space each week to just know I’m not alone. Sometimes the sessions are more involved, and sometimes we just play Discord games and vibe.

Good honest fun. Proper conversations about working towards being better. A must try.

My guide and my group are both fantastic. I feel a lot better now that I meet with them once a week.

My mental health is doing a lot better.

I love being able to vent with no judgment. and having the journey guide giving me some coping mechanisms to deal with the current situation.

Company is good folks and we talk thru sessions in a way that works well for me and the other folks

I have met a lot of really great people and learned a lot. We play games separately sometimes and together sometimes. My group clicks together very well and I have loved having a safe place to be. I always look forward to it

We haven't really gamed yet. I've only attended 4 sessions.

Fun take on therapy, a good way to dip your toes into it with some cozy games!

The company is doing well at creating groups of people who are going through similar issues. It's great to talk to others, and not feel so alone.

It has been lovely to meet with like minded people and have great, healing conversations without having to make eye contact and being able to do something with my hands. This is a great entry to group therapy.

I love that I'm going to therapy and also playing my favorite video game! It also helps to know that there are other people out there struggling with the same things I am.

I enoy my sessions. But, I would of given one more star if they kept with the feature they displayed.They promised SMS reminders but now not doing it

I absolutely love Rachel (my journey guide)

She is great, so friendly and is so supportive. I think it's just great that they offer this service because it's much more anxiety friendly than going into a psychologist office. I also love the group aspect because it's a chance to make new friends, play some new video games and for someone quiet like me, other people to lead the conversation where I can chime in with my experiences and everything. It's just so much more comfortable than any office I've been into.

This is the first group mental health experience that I have undertaken that has been a true benefit to me and my overall wellbeing. Many tries at traditional group therapy in the past have lead to inevitably giving up and feeling even more demoralized and broken than before, so it is a welcome change and a huge relief to find an experience that is constructive for me and not alienating or uncomfortable to participate in. Our session leader, Sam, is super helpful, respectful, and insightful and does a great job guiding our group through conversations while we are each able to use gaming as a way to not only connect to each other, but also to provide a comforting, stable, and positively diverting base beneath us as we work through sometimes difficult topics or moments of personal processing. I am glad to have learned of Hero Journey Club and to have been brave enough to give it a go!

I really like Dina. She’s a very good guide and nudges us to share without pushing too hard. The group feels very comfortable and inviting and has become a really nice safe place over these last few weeks.

Having other people who understand & listen.

I have loved that it is a space for everyone to share and get insight from their peers. Hearing other people’s experiences and how they navigate difficult situations is so helpful.

HJC has been a wonderful service I've met multiple wonderful people, and through talking about stuff going on with other people and getting multiple perspectives, and understandings it has helped me learn and understand my own emotions, and things going on in my life!

Hero Journey Club has been an amazing experience. I have always wanted to do group therapy and this has finally given me my chance. The group I am in is amazing and I feel I can talk about my feelings and thoughts in a non-judgmental place while gaming at the same time. As the weeks go on I am learning more about my group and I may have only been in the group for about a month and a half but it’s really changing and improving my life. The counselor really is so caring and compassionate and I like the format. I highly recommend this to anyone on the fence about therapy. I like the fact it’s just one easy flat rate per week and insurance is not involved making it much more accessible. Thank you, Hero Journey Club!

Really good councilors that create a very inviting place to talk. The gaming aspect helps the feeling of collaboration with the other group members.
