Easy to order online and quick…

Easy to order online and quick delivery. Unfortunately some other parts I could not identify online, so tried phoning but the lines close dinnertime which is of no help. This meant ordering the parts elsewhere incurring a second delivery charge which could have possibly been avoided with better phone availability.

Very efficient service

Very efficient service. Even when the product was out of stock they were upfront about how long it was going to be and even had it delivered before the estimated time.

Very bad quality of the keys

Very bad quality of the keys. The keys are not original and do not fit to my VW Beetle lock.

Lieferzeiten unterirdisch

Ware ist nach Bezahlung innerhalb von 7 Tagen immer noch nicht angekommen. Werben aber mit 1-2 Tagen. Nach mehrfachen Mails ist bislang nur die Rechnung angekommen. Werde meine Teile zukünftig lieber bei anderen Anbietern bestellen.
