Exceptional Customer Service

I was extremely impressed with this company. They contacted the manufacture directly for me to be sure I was ordering the right replacement part.

I order parts at least once a week and…

I order parts at least once a week and need help every now and then, I call and ask for Jordan Becktell because she is AWESOME!!! She always comes through for me. Thank You Jordan.

Was great until Parttown took over

Was great until Parttown took over. I was charges triple for a part and customer service wouldn't do anything due to the systems not fully migrating yet.

Can't get better

I had a small problem with a part and it was replaced the day after my phone call. The service cannot get better than that.

I am bookmarking this place for future orders.
