First time order.

Easy ordering process with rapid shipping and delivery. Constant, almost too frequent, communication through email. Order arrived complete and correct.

Good website

Good website, fast service. I think the cost of the part is excessive and $20.00 is too much for shipping, but overall best price for this part for a 26 year old Viking stove.

Yet I was charged immediately for the item.
If delivery is not known at the time the order is placed then don’t charge the customer until the product is confirmed delivered

fast shipping, friendly staff

fast shipping, very good friendly service on the phone. prices are competitive. i wish only that I did not haft to read the covid 19 page every time I log onto my account and haft to wait for it to go away even after hitting the x button multiple times.
