Very Disappointing Customer Service and Poor Communication.

My experience with Heretic Parfum was extremely disappointing. While the products themselves may appeal to some customers, the overall customer experience left a lot to be desired.
The biggest issue for me was the customer service and communication. When you are spending a significant amount of money on a product, you expect a reasonable level of professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication. Unfortunately, I found the communication to be poor and frustrating.

I also feel that the pricing is far too high for what you receive. Heretic Parfum positions itself as a premium fragrance brand, but the prices create very high expectations. In my opinion, the cost does not sufficiently justify the overall customer experience, particularly when customer support and communication fall short.

Overall, I came away feeling that the customer service, communication, and value for money were major disappointments. Based on my experience, I would encourage potential customers to carefully consider the price and customer-service experience before making a purchase.

I am so impressed with Heretic Parfum. Their presentation is incomparable, and everything arrives in perfect condition. When I contacted customer service with a small request regarding future orders, Jack replied within 12 hours, was polite and professional, and resolved my issue immediately. Buying fragrance online can be a difficult proposition, but Heretic has my confidence.

Excellent brand and very unique fragrances. Also the support team is very helpful in resolution of issues with delivery.

The fragrances are quite good; there are some that I really like (Midnight Toker, for example, is a masterpiece), and there are some that I don't like.

But overall, I have some questions about delivery. The invoice and the bill of lading show different amounts, and in addition to the ‘set,’ individual bottles are listed. And this turns customs clearance into a bureaucratic nightmare when it comes to clearing goods in Europe. It ruins the whole impression of the perfume.

Perhaps this is just my experience, but DHL has been tormenting me for 10 days with various bureaucratic issues, documents, invoices, powers of attorney and bills.

I am willing to pay more money, but please take the customs clearance responsibilities off my shoulders. I don't think I'm the only one. Right now, I am ready to give up on your perfume and never come back, just because of this bureaucratic red tape.

This company keeps amazing me. Their Nosferatu fragrance really got me hooked on Heretic. The lovely notes all blend so well it will haunt you senses.
While the scents do not last long - the smell lingers on inbyour mind wanting more.
They truly are able to capture a well blend of all natural scents and produce such wonder smells.
Shopping, cost, and delivery date are all transparent. Delivery of products are handled with care and craftsmanship. The box is exquisite and feels so upscale. Like being invited to a Haunted Ball.
