Henson Motor Group Arvostelua

I recently purchased a car from Henson Motor Group, and I can confirm it was a really good experience from start to finish. I was seen to by Callum Smith who was very pleasant to deal with, attentive and helpful.
However on the day I went to pick my car up, Callum was unavailable to hand my car over, so I was being seen to by Tom Kenny who was just as pleasant to deal with. Overall I can say I am very happy with my experience.10/10

Darren was great help with everything I needed and had new car as quick as possible would recommend

Darren made the car buying process very easy. Great service!

Fast and easy Callum was great to deal with

I completed an application online and within two days I managed to get the keys of the car, Callum specifically handled my application and he was great in helping getting everything sorted

Wow! Is all i can i say! I enquired about a car on Thursday and by the Saturday i was driving it home!
Darren (newcastle branch) was amazing! Super friendly, informative and all round a lovely person. Thanks so much! Made it so easy to buy my new dream van!

Picked out a car via auto trader that they had advertised. From start to finish their customer service was nothing short of superb. If the right car came along I would certainly buy through them again.

Dealt with Darren and from start to finish he was absolutely superb!
Really genuine from the first time I spoke with him, he chased issues for me, answered all questions regarding the vehicle I had and was just an all round great person to deal with!
I would advise anyone buying a motor from here to request Darren, you will NOT be disappointed!

The best people, very good interest you can fiind here

Went in looking for a new car and was greeted by one of the staff Callum, who was tremendous with us, we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and was on hand to assist with any questions we looked around and decided on a car we liked. The process from start to finish was well communicated second to none. Can’t fault Henson motor group 10/10

Exceptional service altogether. Very quick and responsive, and when other things delayed the process still provided top notch service.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company and their sales assistant, Darren.
Would highly recommend buying a car from here.
Very helpful, informative and patient when there was a delay returning my old car.

Really easy to deal with Callum S who comes across as transparent and genuine. No flowery sales patter just what appears to be an honest assessment of what might suit you as a customer. Never felt pressured to buy. I’d recommend.

Excellent service. Darren was very friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience buying a car with Henson's. Callum Smith was really professional, knowledgeable and honest, and was always quick to answer any questions we had and help us with the purchase. We got a good price for our part exchange, and the process of buying the car was straightforward. Thanks to Henson's, particularly Callum, for your excellent customer service.

I already knew I would be coming to Hensons through many recommendations. Callum Cairns went out of his way to help me from start to finish. Even when I almost didn't get credit on more than one occasion he was extremely (an understatement) patient with my situation. He found the best outcome for me with the cheapest monthly payments. I had a great experience here at Hensons and thank Callum for this. I would definately recommend Hensons to anyone for full help and support all the way though. Thanks again Callum I am so happy with the car and support I had.

Darren helped me in purchasing my car. He was extremely helpful, patient, and informative. He made the whole process very smooth and stress free. He helped me get the car quick and hassle free. An excellent agent and a true gentleman. Really appreciated his help.
