We bought our new car today from Darren. From our first viewing of the car to the test drive and hand over he was brilliant to deal with. He's been so friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience making it a breeze. He couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend buying a car from Darren for a very honest and easy car sale!!

Brilliant service, Scott explained the features and how hybrid worked as never had hybrid, plus the self charge to the plug in as very confusing but completely understand now. Explained finance details understood really well definitely recommend visiting Hensons for a car.

Very disappointing experience with Henson Group.

I purchased a van from Henson Group in May, and unfortunately it has had recurring issues ever since. Despite multiple garage visits, including further visits since July, the problems have continued and the whole situation has caused significant inconvenience, disruption and additional expense.

In July, I spoke with the garage by telephone and was given an agreement regarding the warranty and the costs associated with resolving the issue. Despite that, I am still waiting for this to be honoured.

I have contacted Henson Group repeatedly by email and am still waiting for a proper response. I was told the matter was being looked into as a matter of urgency, but I have continued to be left chasing for updates.

I have tried to resolve this directly and have given more than enough opportunity for the situation to be addressed. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the way the ongoing issues have been handled have left me extremely disappointed.

I hope Henson Group now responds and resolves this matter properly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

Terrible company. Still well out of pocket for using this dealer. Management respond to my review but do nothing to try and resolve! Take notice of all the poor reviews. They are selling cars not fit for purpose and do nothing to help when things go wrong. I am over 10k out pocket. I had the car 4 months. It was EV and had catastrophic battery failure..

Extremely disappointing experience with Henson Motor Group. I only wish I had taken notice of the other poor reviews. The sales team are great and tried their best to help but unfortunately the after sales ‘team’ are the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I bought a used Jaguar F-PACE which developed two faults within six months after purchase and eventually became undriveable. It was recovered and a turbocharger was diagnosed as the cause and replaced under the RAC warranty.

Henson had my car for almost four weeks for a repair that was logged with the rac warranty as a four hour repair. During that time I was repeatedly chasing for updates and was left without a vehicle for a considerable period.

Unfortunately, immediately after collecting the vehicle, I discovered it was leaking oil and subsequently leaking onto my driveway. I also found that the front bumper/underbody trim was not correctly secured.

I reported these issues to Henson. They subsequently confirmed in writing that oil system was not disturbed during the repair. This would be impossible as the oil should have been changed and filters, seals replaced after fitting a new lower turbo.

Henson then offered to recover and inspect the vehicle to look at the oil leak but despite numerous emails, telephone calls and voicemails from me, **they simply stopped responding for weeks**. Even the RAC Warranty team attempted to contact Henson twice by email and once by voicemail, but received no response.

The warranty job was subsequently closed while I was still left with an unresolved oil leak.

The biggest disappointment has not simply been the problems with the car, but the **extremely poor communication, lengthy delays and lack of after-sales support** when things went wrong. Nobody answers the phone or responds to voicemails for hours on end. I repeatedly put in writing that I was rejecting the vehicle only to be ignored. The only way I will see a refund is by going through the small claims court which I intend to do.

I have kept records of the correspondence, photographs and attempts to contact the dealership, including the communications from RAC.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle from Henson Motor Group does their research carefully and considers the level of after-sales support they may receive if they experience problems.

This review reflects my personal experience and the documented communication I have had with Henson. Despite several requests to speak with management I never got a response from anyone.
