The quality in 10/10 and I particularly fussy but you have no complaints from me.
This company is a must I've never seen roses so full bushy and healthy it's been a pleasure.

Great company. Got 4 rose standard Snazzee trees which arrived quickly and looked great, and still look great several weeks after planting.

I had a second order of patio standard Flower Power Gold roses. Two were delayed and broken by DPD who delivered them upside down. I sent in photographs of the damage and replacements were ordered the same day without question - great service indeed.

The potted rose was well packed, had been watered properly and is a very strong-looking healthy specimen.

Ordered as an anniversary present. Kept me informed regarding the order, delivered on time and recipient was happy

Roses received were dead and damaged. Emailed the company the same day with photos a week ago and still not heard from them.

Avoid if you are buying as a gift. I ordered a rose for a dear friend’s 80th birthday, based on the reviews. When it arrived, the rose was half broken and I was given a 50% refund and told ‘once planted out it will grow away well’. I have never given someone a broken gift and told them that it will be alright in the end! The damage was caused by the packet of rose feed that was taped tightly to the top of the pot, crushing the rose - totally the fault of Henry Street. A completely unsatisfactory response from this company.

I ordered 3 roses as gifts delivered to my address .The roses were delivered upside down even though there were arrows on two sides of the packaging show to keep up right, has a consequence the roses arrived damaged. I emailed Henry Street immediately but no response send a second email which told me to turn the package upright and unpack the roses which I had already done , they told me to take pictures and send them if I thought it necessary which I did. I was told they would pass them on to the rose expert who would be there the next day. Unfortunately still no communication yet. I’m aware that this damage was more than likely the fault of the courier DPD. We don’t have any choice in which courier they use, but feel disappointed and angry with both DPD for very poor service and Henry street for poor communication and unwillingness to solve my gift problem

We recently held a wake for a beloved family friend at Henry Street, the care and compassion shown by the staff was truly remarkable. It was Dave's request for it to be held with them as He had so many lovely visits for lunch and made special friendships with Staff members. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food beautifully prepared, and every detail handled with sensitivity. They created a space where we could share memories and laughter in comfort. We are deeply grateful for their kindness during such a difficult time.

Ordered 2 roses a few weeks ago and they turned up in an awful state, branches broken everywhere caused by how they packaged them. Customer service didn’t help and havnt replied to me. Won’t order from there again!

Ordered Princess Charlene de Monaco on Friday evening and it’s in my garden by Tuesday. Excellent communication with regular updates, DPD delivered with care and, above all, fabulous healthy rose. My second purchase from them and already looking forward to the next.

Received my Loving Memory rose yesterday. It arrived well packed and in perfect condition. It is a strong, healthy plant and I am very pleased with it.

Ordered 2roses, one was in good shape and flourished the other despite photos being sent 4months apart has not. My last correspondence with Henry Street I was forwarded off and told to leave it for another 6months as some roses need time to establish a good root system. I have a garden full of roses and consider the advise as a disregard of customer service. I would not recommend Henry Street Roses

I am a big fan of roses and have many beautiful ones in my garden, so for Valentine’s Day I decided to surprise my partner with a special gift - a standard tree rose.
I was choosing between two nurseries and eventually selected Henry Street, even though it was almost twice the price (£57.99 vs £34.95 at British Roses). I assumed the higher price would reflect better quality.
The delivery was fast and the plant was well packaged. Unfortunately, once I inspected the rose carefully, I became very concerned about its condition.
The main stem above the graft appears to have been snapped or cut off, and the wound is rough and splintered rather than a clean pruning cut. This strongly suggests accidental damage rather than proper pruning. The graft union looks stressed and exposed wood indicates the top growth has been lost. While there are a few side shoots lower down, the ball-shaped crown that should define a tree rose is simply not there.
I contacted the nursery and initially received no reply for a week. After calling them, I was told the rose was healthy and that it came with a two-year guarantee. However, my concerns were dismissed and no proper explanation was provided. I also requested a replacement plant (with three grafts instead of two), but received no response, no apology, and no follow-up.
This was meant to be a Valentine’s Day surprise for my partner. Instead, it turned into disappointment and frustration. My plans were ruined and I was left upset after spending a significant amount of money.
In hindsight, I regret not purchasing the less expensive rose from the other nursery, as I likely would have received better service for a fraction of the cost.
Overall a very poor experience - especially for a special occasion.

Ordered several bare root roses which arrived on time, well packaged and excellent value. They are now planted in my garden, and I remain hopeful, but disappointed and underwhelmed by the quality of the roses. They looked badly pruned, almost as it some of the stems had been roughly removed by hand. The overall shape of the brances were not that good either, quite odd in fact. I appreciate that when they spring to life, things may change, but I won't be back. I have discovered other rose growers that provide first class specimens and there really is no comparison. I must admit I regret purchasing these now, and wish I had paid slightly more for top quality specimens. The website however, is good, and the customer photographs are an excellent addition. Just a shame about the quality of the roses, that's all.

I've ordered twice from this company and both times the recipients said the rose was well packed and in bud, and was a healthy plant. They were thrilled. Delivery was prompt and the price was good. Would definitely buy from them again.

Really excellent. Buying plants online can be a bit uncertain, but these were competitively priced, perfect quality, packaged really well, and delivered on time and in accordance with delivery instructions. This was a faultless purchase experience and would definitely recommend

Pleasent staff. Mediocre food. Fabric chairs in restaurant were very stained and wooden table centres filthy.

Ordered two roses online from Henry Street.

One turned up in ok condition, the other had heavy damage either from packing or the courier and had a tonne of what looked like sawfly and thrip damage.

Overall very disappointing, will stick to David Austin in future.

Two stars awarded as at least delivery was quick.
