How many stars do you expect for non delivery. You are supposed to be investigating but just keep requesting the same information from me. Yodel service needs to be addressed.

The Rose Bush is great quality and its recipient was well pleased as it arrived gift wrapped and in good condition. There was one little glitch and customer services were wonderful in fixing it and communicating.

I was sent the wrong rose, I ordered Jasons Rose, the one that was sent was Joannes Rose, I have contacted them several times and all i get is an automated responce saying that they are very busy and will be in touch, 2 wks later and nothing, i have almost given up hope of getting the rose i wanted, this was the first time i has ordered from them, and has made me think i will not order from them again, very disapointed with customer sevice

First time ordering with Harkness Roses but everything was good.
Prompt delivery of a very healthy looking rose that I purchased in memory of my late husband.

It was the second rose I had sent for a birthday.. this one was called Brian's rose. Needless to say he was thrilled to bits. It arrived on his birthday and was beautiful!!

Great plants which are healthy and which took root easily. A bit disappointed with the length of time it took to deliver them. Other than that very pleased.

Very disappointed with my rose, looked poorly when arrived and I think it is going to die, I will be in touch with Harkness Roses after I have cared for it a little longer, hope they will replace it if necessary.

I have written to Harkness roses about the problem with my delivery but it has not been sorted out yet.The roses were upside down and hanging out of their pots. I am awaiting a response
