I read with amazement that there are any clients leaving this company 5 star reviews? Our experience over the past year, with their Perth office, has been like dealing with an illiterate non caring backward ACAT care provider. How this Perth Hendercare office has managed to work within the ACAT system beggars belief. We had an OT assessment undertaken, in January this year, with payment made from our ACAT funds. The Hendercare Perth office NEVER followed up on the recommendations of the OT report, nigh on 10 months ago!!! Now they want another OT assessment carried out because the original one is getting too old, caused by their own unprofessionalism and lack of client interest. The CEO in Adelaide got involved and attempted to resolve the attitude of the Perth offices waywardness, but hollow promises in the end. If this remains unresolved for another 7 days. It is our belief, and clear intention to make a formal application to both Federal Ministers, and the new lady CEO of ACAT, to open an inquiry into the facts and evidence we have available, and consider their right to continue as unprofessionally as they are currently operating.

The cleaner Jacky is fantastic. She is always on time Jacky does an outstanding job and leaves the house looking immaculate I highly recomend Hender Care as providers for home care.

I have had a young man to do housework for me for the past two months.
English is not his first language but we manage to converse very well.He is polite and well mannered.
I can offer 10/10 for his work. Attention to detail and assisting me in little jobs.

Veery poor service they let you know 15minutes before my home help will not be coming very hard to get on to some one to complain to don't return your calls charge $12 per hour new people $8 per hour no replacement when the girl is on holidays new people have a replacement also a my cleaning will be done within the next 2 days if missed on the actual day this isnt a one of time has happened several times .

I would not choose Hendercare for support services. Recently a service was cancelled due to an admin error at Hendercare. The House Manager and myself have spent probably 3 hours on the phone and in emails to try to talk with someone. Most of the time after waiting for about 20 minutes I was then advised that there was no one to talk with and to leave a message. I have left messages and only just received a call back because I also emailed and sent an enquiry. This was when I found out that there was an admin error and that no one had advised the participant, myself, nominee or house manager in writing. I was also told by staff that people always complain about the phone and communication system at Hendercare. I would not recommend.

I am very satisfied with Rebecca who has been a few times now and she is efficient and capable.

Excelolent support worker who needs no supervision. Always happy and always on time. The work is well done and we could not ask for more.

I am very happy indeed with the gardening I have done for me by the gardener who has been been allocated by you to me. He is to be recommended. He is always on time and ready to use his imagination in creative ideas. Thank you.

We are very fortunate to have the 2 Carers that we have. They work very well together and are both very helpful and do a fantastic job!! We just hope that we won't lose either one of them.

Sarah Carter visited us today and as always was meticulous, extremely helpful and friendly. She is in fact the only person among several from Hendercare I've had dealings with whom I recommend. She's a treasure.

Just some jobs not done because they are not in their job description, like vacuuming under couch and beds and dusting cobwebs.

The service we're receiving from Hendercare is simply outstanding and the Staff are extremely helpful indeed. Simon is especially very easy to communicate with, and David who looks after the maintenance of the garden, is also gives quality service as well.

we are not happy at the moment as we were told by someone in the office that our gardeners times were being organised by someone in the office the first time he was supposed to come out he has not shown up and no one has bothered to tell us why very disappointed.

Very happy with Graeme who looks after my garden and small maintenance issues. He is courteous, prompt and always willing to assist. We need more trades people like Graeme.

The cleaner came 3 times and was a nice young woman and very good but on the last occasion she said she was looking for a full time job and would be replaced. I did not hear from Hendercare about a replacement but no-one came. Then the lockdown started and I rang the contact person's mobile and was directed to another number. I left a message on that number but no-one has rung. I realise the difficulties, of course, and I am managing very well. However it seems very weird that you would ask for a rating at this time and in these circumstances. Your communication is not great! And I have never received an account for the 3 cleaning visits that were provided..
I don't want to winge - I'm just letting you know!
