I had a technical issue with connections to clients. I opened a ticket and I had a very fast and transparent communication for solving this problem.

With the latest app updates this app is amazing for driving legacy 16bit (even MS-DOS) apps running on older Windows hardware. Very useful to buy extra time for app migration strategies. I discovered that the following options make all the difference to having a great user experience: 1) for16bit & MS-DOS apps - Grant Admin Access, 2) Settings ... Prioritize Fast Connection, 3) Settings ... play with Screen Height/Width options 4) Disable Chat window if not needed.

Absolute headache of an app, crashes without notice and, who would ever think it would be a good idea to have someone download a new exe for each connection?

Windows GREAT, Linux OK, MacOS not tried. They are getting there and directly competing with some big players. I'm sure that I'll get billed soon, but while it's free and considering RDP is being deprecated, this is an AWESOME program. Everywhere I go, I have access to all client machines and cuts support time by magnitudes! You may not buy, but you lose nothing to try...

Helpwire its powerful and simple to use, if you release a pay version , im sure very lot people wants to get it

I've only been using this tool a few days to help others out with computer related issues. The remote desktop works really good for me. A couple of random disconnects that only lasted a couple of seconds is about the only issue that I've seen.

Seamless connection between PCs, perfect display, the best file transfer feature between PCs and overall easy to install.

So far so good! Works great, easy to set up on my other Pc´s and Server. Helps me a lot to be able to connect quickly to my personal computer or Server to manage all kind of stuff.

Very simple usage and it's very nice that there's no need for client to send his/her ID to support operator.

The remote desktop is great, the file sharing is great. I know the unattended desktop is in beta and it works well for the most part. The only issue I have found in my testing is, when the client is running in the background and unattended desktop is enabled, it will not let a screen saver kick on nor my monitors to sleep. If I take unattended access off everything works great.

From the simplicity of the management portal, to the creation of a new access, it as been a great experience.
And the feedback from the remote side, it seems to be nice & clear to put it to work.

This is easy to setup and use. It has good functionality with more being added/refined.

Stup is easy and documentation clear. I began to service clients in minutes.

Easy to use, little bit too complicated to setup. No need to change anything in router or network configuration

This is a really good product that works well. I have used many other options in an IT environment, and for a free subscription for SME's its hard to beat IMO.

I used to use other similar applications, but I'll only be using HelpWire from now on. It's free, so there are no limitations (so far), so it's perfect for what I use it for. Thanks to all the devs working on it :)
