I have struggled with acne for almost my whole five years in high school. My skin texture and needs have change dramatically due to hormone changes and diet. This mask has really helped me with less breakouts and clearing the scarring of my skin. It has been recommended by many dermatologists to buy a Led Mask as it will be most beneficial for healing my skin. Ten minutes a day is nothing and I really see a difference in my skin especially when I wear makeup because it doesn’t look patchy but just smooth and clear, allowing to feel more confident. I hope to see more results with continued usage

I've struggled with cystic acne my whole life- and the associated damage to texture and tone that comes with picking at my skin :( I started using the Hello Silky LED PRO mask consistently for 10 minutes every night in November and my skin is looking amazing.

I'm 36 now and my skin was starting to look dull, but I swear, this mask has me looking glowy and clear.

I will say- you've got to be consistent to see results, but 10 minutes a day is nothing for how good I feel in my own skin now. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased the LED light therapy mask and I'm pleased to share that I've noticed a positive change in my skin tone after using it for 5 weeks. My skin appears more even, the sun spots on my face have started to lighten, and I've been receiving many compliments on how great my skin looks. I would certainly recommend this product, and I am excited to see what other changes will occur in the next 6 months.

Love my LED face mask. Also use this on my neck. I use the mask 4-5 days a week.
Have only tried the red setting for now. My skin feels & looks great.
Customer service are amazing. Got back to me promptly. They will send me a replacement as I had an issue with the strap.

I had two purchases with this company. IPL device and The bundle LED masks. Both devices are great but
what prompted me to write this review was actually their customer service... The second purchase was in early September and my delivery address was my PO BOX. I had advised the staff of that Post Office (twice) that I would go for an extended holiday and asked them to keep my parcel until my return. They promised that they would put a sticker HOLD on the parcel and that the parcel will wait for me. Needless to say, they had returned my parcel to the sender and one of the girls just shrugged her shoulders when asked for the explanation... why my parcel was not kept as promised. So, I had to contact Hello Silky customer service and ask them to resend the item , this time to different address. I also offered to pay the postage. I communicated with Marcela C and she agreed , no questions asked, to resend the parcel to different address with no payment for the postage. And , just to add, they were not obliged to do that. That was expensive item and I was extremely grateful customer.

I bought the Hello Silky Pro mask and have been loving the positive change it has had on my life! Not only have I seen improvements in my skin, but I love how it has also added a practical and intentional step to my self-care routine. I will usually put the mask on and read my Kindle and listen to a podcast. The timer on it allows you to make sure you're resting intentionally + your skin feels the benefits too! There are lots of brands to buy from out there, but I am so happy I went with Hello Silky - their customer service is fantastic as well :)

I purchased the handset pro and used the device a couple of time. i’m already seeing amazing results! each session is very quick and relatively painless. I definitely recommend!!

I can’t recommend Hello Silky enough. Not only do they have amazing products, the team is so incredibly helpful and will actually take the time to guide you through if you aren’t sure if you’re using it properly. I recommend carefully reading the instructions and if you have any questions flick them an email, I haven’t waited longer than a day for them to get back to me. I have been using the hair removal device and it has really worked!!! No more hundreds spent at the laser clinics. Guys, I am a person who will look at reviews and make sure it’s not a scam, these guys aren’t. And they are truely amazing. If you’re thinking about it, I am your sign to absolutely do it.

I absolutely love my LED light therapy mask. I initially was hesitant on how affective this would be and didn’t see results until around 2 weeks. From there I was noticing a daily change, my skin was clearing and becoming so much brighter. I ended up falling in love with mine, and have recommended it to so many people with skin problems that struggle to find a solution! And I have found communication with the hello silky team couldn’t of been a more friendly amazing team to deal with!

I bought a LED mask at the beginning of the year and wow I wish these things had been around in my teen years. At 58 I have the best skin I have ever had and that has happened since I started using the mask. So yes I am impressed with the product! Recently however my mask stopped lighting. I contacted the company and have been blown away but the level of customer service. Super quick to respond, helpful, and a replacement organized within a couple of days. That to me is the indication of a great trustworthy company. If you are dubious I honestly recommend buying from Hello Silky for not only great products but outstanding customer experience.

It’s really easy to use, I actually purchased their IPL and LED. The IPL isn’t as great as the clinic treatment, but it does the work and I can always fit in my busy schedule as I can’t always attend my clinic’s booking. Their LED mask, I’ve just started using it again as it was a gift. It’s very easy and comfortable to use, but it keeps slipping of off my face. Bot overall, I’m happy! The service is also great and they respond to me quickly when I broke the remote for my LED.

I ordered a LED Light therapy mask for both face and neck, it is comfortable to use and easy to fit into a daily practice. I have seen benefits in my overall skin tone and skin texture! After losing the cable I contacted hello silky who’s customer service is impeccable replying super quick and sending me a replacement cable so I can keep using my LED mask! Highly recommend

The ONLY Solution to Painful In-Growns!!! I had tried EVERYTHING to prevent in-growns after hair removal – exfoliating gloves, stones, scrubs, lotions – you name it! I had never considered IPL as it was not affordable for me & I was so hesitant that I wouldn’t see results. I saw Hello Silky advertised & spent a lot of time reading the reviews. I decided to give it a shot & see if it helped… I have been using my Hello Silky IPL Pro handset for months now & within just a few weeks I noticed a reduction in the amount of ingrown hairs I was getting, and the re-growth itching had reduced. After a few months use, I would say at least 70% of hair is gone overall! I also have zero itching when the little hair that’s left grows back in. But most importantly of all & the reason I purchased to begin with – NO MORE PAINFUL IN-GROWNS, AT ALL!!! Although not all my hair is gone, I absolutely give this product 5/5 stars because it finally has stopped the horrible in-growns! Thank you Hello Silky!!!

Have recently purchased the LED mask and I am very happy with results this far (just hitting three weeks). Texture and clarity greatly improved using everyday. Added bonus enhances whatever skin care you are using I use mask then serum or moisturiser!!! So far so 👍

Great experience so far. I have been using the IPL HAIR REMOVAL HANDSET for about 3 weeks and can already see a difference with my leg hair which is slower to grow back and softer. It is quick and easy and pain free. I got the IPL GLASSES which work brilliantly. I am looking forward to hair free legs for summer!
