Klyk Arvostelua

Brilliant company, I'd thoroughly recommend them. Great experience, very knowledgeable on the field and their customer service was excellent. Top quality company!

My 3 year old daughter had an unhealthy relationship with my iPad Pro. The screen shattered and she was distraught, she loves playing Tiny Tap and Impluse, and it’s extremely satisfying to watch her navigate the screen and solve problems. I was blown away by the service I received from the Klyk team. They reviewed all the viable solution for fixing the screen, kept me informed through the process and promptly retuned my iPad within a matter of days. Needless to say Klyk are are now my daughter’s Techhead Geek superheroes and I am eternally grateful. A wonderful service and a strong recommendation to entrust any of your damaged technology to them.

Excellent service.

I’ve found that their customer service team are human, and not robots. They’ve been available to speak when I needed to discuss issues, and seem to be really well versed on logistics. Highly recommend.

Everything was awesome, thank you

I wanted to get a refurbished laptop but wanted the certainty that it would be safe and more importantly, reliable and in a good condition. And I’m happy to say it was but what made it a 5 star experience was the customer service and how quickly I was able to get my device.

Fantastic customer experience. The sustainability focus was a key part of our discussion when deciding which product was right for me. Highly recommended!

Was looking for a laptop for a daughter who was starting secondary school. The company guided me to good options for my budget, explained pros and cons, were patient until I was ready and then VIP service and delivery. Will use them again.

Superb experience all round. The team at Klyk can always be relied upon to deliver first rate expertise and solutions. They've provided my business with hardware for retail units and remote working staff, as well as stepped in to the save the day with the minimum of fuss on multiple occasions to problem solve IT issues at various locations, and even with a significant cyber attack against the business. Personal service that is trusted and necessary A++++
