Excellent service and useful advice.

Very helpful and and good quality work

Absolutely impeccable service and communication. I wish all companies were this obsessive about customer satisfaction.

Great team, simple and clear website, awesome price & it's better than buying new.
Mega fast delivery too.

Was truly amazed the level of service provided.
Recieved my Mac Book Air in Mint condition with a follow up call asking if all was ok.
Would definitely recommend Klyk.

Amazing VIP service - these guys have got their customer experience totally nailed. Combine that with their focus on sustainability and you have an irresistible package!

We have worked with Klyk for 3 years in procuring our computer equipment. During that time, we have received dependable advice and a great service. We've recently been working with Isabelle at Klyk and we're impressed by the way she helped resolve particularly unusual issue.

Smooth process thanks to the team at Klyk. Spoke to one of the team about my requirements and they found the exact spec - to top it up they delivered in a day!

Amazing experience, great customer support and a fantastic sustainable ethos.
Highly recommend.

It is rare to find a partner in the IT sector that combines expertise and delivery with core values of sustainability and community. Klyk's values and excellence are palpable and this was a huge draw for us to want to utilise their services. Their cyber security consultancy, implementation and training are second to none and their approach to providing a holistic IT solution has been refreshing. They make their clients feel like they are their only client. Highly recommend Klyk!

Klyk never fail to offer an exceptional service and an outstanding experience! They always handle everything with professionalism and transparency and make it easy to receive great tech at great prices. I highly recommend Klyk for anyone looking to responsibly recycle their tech or for any other tech related service.

Recycling done right!
We worked with Klyk to recycle a large collection of Apple MacBooks - both Intel and Apple M-series.
Klyk were efficient with their communication, keeping us up to date and a part of the process. Their drivers arrived on site when they said they would, were courteous, and packed the laptops into protected storage to return to their workshop for evaluation and reconditioning.
We got appropriate certificates for the devices, depending on whether they could be recycled.
We will continue to use Klyk when we can, both for purchasing pre-loved equipment, or for making sure that our pre-loved equipment finds a new home or use!

Great Experience with Klyk

I heard about Klyk from a friend and decided to check them out when I was looking for an Apple iPhone for my daughter. Honestly, getting a brand-new one didn’t make sense, and Klyk had a refurbished option that was perfect—looked and worked just like new, but at a fraction of the cost! It’s been 4 months now, and I’ve had zero complaints—no issues at all. The whole process was super smooth, and I’m really happy with the quality and service. If you’re thinking about buying from them, I highly recommend it!

Great customer service, really happy with the laptop, monitor and privacy screen I ordered. Excellent price and great to know my tech is planet-friendly

First Class Service from the start to finish. Very satisfied with my laptop and accessories.

Strongly recommend Klyk any time!!!

Our MacBook required repair so I could repurpose for my kids to use. I asked Klyk to perform a diagnosis of the device and they recommended to replace the screen and keyboard. Worked out much more economical to do this, and repurpose the device. Thanks to the Klyk team for helping here.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Klyk! Their customer service is top-notch, and the products are of high quality. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability, which sets them apart. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend Klyk for anyone looking for eco-friendly tech solutions!

Excellent Customer Service
I have purchased items from Klyk multiple times, their cause to help the world by reducing carbon footprint along with their amazing customer service is outstanding.
On this occasion the service and passion was beyond excellent, we required an iPad for my sons tuition starting in 2 days, I contacted Zahid with my requirements he listened/heard me, sent me options and delivered it in a timely manner. Thank you so much Zahid and Klyk.
My first stop is always Klyk for Tech

Excellent professionalism by Asad when organising and resolving server issues in a live system. Lost zero production time. The Klyk Team understood the meaning and importance of a time intensive production system. Thank You....Highly recommended 💯

I have used KLYK's services multiple times and have always been incredibly impressed. The co-founders, Asad and Zahid, are not only brilliant entrepreneurs but also close friends of mine, and I’ve seen first-hand the passion and heart they’ve put into building their business. Their commitment to providing outstanding service is evident in every interaction. KLYK delivers a seamless, worry-free experience, and I couldn’t recommend them more to any business looking for top-notch refurbished tech solutions.
