The site itself is very smooth to navigate and selecting items and returning is easy. I adore the items on there and make purchases throughout the year from sunglasses, bikinis and bags. The quality is great and I always get compliments. The delivery is not extortionate and always arrives quickly, I love the little added extra touches of the stickers and the crepe paper is so cool.

I’ve ordered from Hellflower many times and only had issues twice. Both times I was met with exceptional customer service. On my very first order 18 months ago I received a bag strap with a fault in the printing. I was sent another for free without any quibbles. Just last week I received a bag with a fault and emailed Georgia. She replied extremely quickly and was generous with her offers as to how things could be resolved, which they were. She’s always lovely to communicate with on socials and her business emails are no exception. She clearly cares a lot about the brand she has created and engages with her customers on how to make their experiences even better. Whilst products are possibly a bit more pricey than for larger businesses it always feels nice to be supporting the smaller ones, especially when they are genuinely grateful for your custom. Looking forward to my next order already!
