HEIMA Arvostelua

Is it amazing, no. Does it work, yes. It’s a a small unit so expectations need to be tailored towards its size.

Too soon to comment on longevity.

Very happy with my chopping boards!

Have ordered several times from Heima and each time the service has been exceptional, with competitive pricing, speedy dispatch and great responsiveness from Maff. The shop itself, if you are able to visit, is brilliant with a great range of top quality products. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Up-to-date information on my order, quick dispatch & fast, undamaged delivery service via Royal Mail

Very happy with my purchases. All items are good quality and the delivery was impressively quick. Good packaging too, reused and recyclable. Will look to see what else I can order!

Good service had a manufacturer's fault and they got it sorted with no fuss

Fast service. Amazing product - so sharp. Good price.

Prompt delivery and great product

Found a foldable wooden step stool here that was just what I needed. I emailed to find out the postage costs and had a very swift reply. Easy ordering process and prompt delivery. Wish I was closer so I could visit the shop, but I can't fault the online ordering process

Great independent hardware shop in York - small but perfectly formed and well stocked with a super curated selection of products - bought a banneton, garden gloves and some reusable cosmetic pads which gives you an idea of the range of really useful and designed items - great website too

Heima is a shop that I use regularly from refilling cleaning products, finding things I need for the house and also for gifts. I choose to shop there not only because they provide so many ethical options but because the staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Nice website easy to use. Lovely products arrived as instructed. Look beautiful on my new table.

Fantastic service, so happy that I found this shop

Good price, good product

Customer service was great. Friendly & helpful email response.
I ordered the Pincinox stainless steel lifetime clothes pegs.
Strong, easy to use, looks great on the line and don't have to worry about them rusting or snapping.
Make me very happy as weatherbeaten wooden and plastic pegs that snap ruin the joy of laundry flapping in the sunshine.

Amazing range of products and super fast delivery… I can’t wait to use my beeswax bread bag.

I ordered some Stainless Steel pegs from Heima, they arrived within a couple of days and I was very pleased with them. I would definitely recommend Heima

What a find! A real treasure trove of a shop. Ordered a couple of items which came faster than the speed of light. Really liked the recycled packaging. Oh and love the items I bought too! Will be shopping here again.
