If I could give this shower minus 10 then it still would not be enough
Website is a a shambles, wont allow you to correct errors, everything is done on line and my patience was tried so much that I cancelled even before the policy started
I would not recommend this company one bit, avoid at all costs

Do not touch this company !!only after your money ! Charged a cancellation fee of £50 and I had only just accepted the quote they wanted so much extra information like bills with my name on to be emailed with a list of other requirements so I cancelled..
disgusting when you work so hard to make a living and they take it because of small print they hide !! I’m thoroughly devastated !

Awful - Moved home & as the property is new-build the address wasn't registered in their system so they had to cancel my inaurance policy- which is fine, HOWEVER they charged ME to cancel... Absolutely ridicilous.
Also no phone to call & speak to someone peoplery. Very unimpressed.

Needed to change my address on my policy and couldn’t access the website, went on the live chat and Emily was very helpful and guided me through the process until the changes were made. Very helpful customer service.

I paid for a new car insurance policy through their website. After I entered my card details and confirmed the payment with my bank, their website reported an error and the policy was not created. The payment (over £600) was stuck in a state of "pending payment". I contacted Hedgehog assuming that they would recognise the error and just create the policy. However they couldn't create the policy or cancel the payment. So I had no insurance policy and the money was stuck in limbo for 7 days until the bank cancelled it. The customer service is appalling. They made it very much my problem and not theirs. At first they even tried to claim the error was my fault. Then they tried to say it was an error with Visa (that was a lie). Avoid at all costs.

Emily was very helpful via live chat. Able to answer my query efficiently and was polite throughout! My query was resolved quickly and I was happy with the outcome.

The questions were all normal for car insurance . But the usually to pay for add ons were included and the cost was easily the best

Hedgehog insurance they need squashed in the road . In reality zero stars. Don't use them . As soon as you cancel a policy then you see their true colours . They seem to take it personally and become very unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid

Unfit for purpose. This company are disgraceful. Only contactable by email, you can't speak to anybody. I arranged a new car policy ONE DAY AGO. I couldn't supply proof of no claims bonus (within their 2 year requirement) so they imposed an extra £250 on my £450 policy. I am 78 and have NEVER made a motoring insurance claim - I have 50 years no motoring claims !! Unhappy with their 'conditions', I cancelled the policy application for a refund (within 24hours) - they deducted £100 for this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - go to an established and reliable one.

The worst company ever anywhere just don't care about you just the money they makeimg out of you bet you don't put this up you cheats

My first quote was 562.35 but when i tried to pay this amount the system was faulty.The next day i had to pay another 70 pounds not a good start with you?
