Hebe and the team are absolutely amazing to work with!

I’ve worked with Hebe since April 2022 and managed to drop almost 2 stone in that time.

What I love most about working with Hebe is how down to earth she is! I have had many slip ups and never been made to feel ashamed or guilty. It’s so clear that Hebe GENUINELY cares about her clients; it really shines through! If you ever need anything clarified or changed your programme , it’s never too much trouble and is done quickly. Rather than give generic advice, it always feels super tailored towards you!

Hebe also has created a lovely community within the app where we can all share tips and just be on our journeys together! This is such a nice touch and just adds more value to coaching with Hebe.

Workouts are switched up often and are definitely very challenging but always incredibly fun!!

I have been training hard for years and not really seeing any progress, I came across Hebe as I know one of her coaches and thought I would give it a go, 18 weeks in and omg I wish I had done it sooner!! So much support, the workouts are great, the meal plan is massive so never get bored of the same food and Hebe and her team are just amazing!! I highly recommend!!

I signed up with Hebe and her team back in April and she’s been amazing from the start 💘 Like most girls I felt like I had tried everything to feel comfortable in my own skin and nothing worked. These 6 months have taught me so much about fitness and nutrition- I actually enjoy working out now which I never thought I’d say?!? I have been so impressed with Hebe and the team’s coaching from day one. I signed up for 3 months back in March and almost immediately extended it to roll through the rest of 2022… I’ve felt so supported and have seen changes in myself I honestly didn’t think were possible. Really love this service! Hehe and her team are all so lovely and helpful. I’ve made results I wouldn’t have been able to make on my own and she’s so on it with making adjustments and creating plans that are achievable and enjoyable! She is always on hand to help and nothing is ever too much trouble, definitely recommend!

Starting hebe’s programme was honestly the best thing I have done for myself. It has taught me so much about my relationship with food and how you can still change your body without restricting yourself. Her workouts are insane and really push you and I have learnt so much about weight training and progressive overload! before I started I had no idea what to do in the gym or what workouts I should do but now I walk in feeling confident! having a structured programme has helped me so much. Love this program! I’ve been in it since October 2021 and I’ve seen some very sustainable progress! I love how honest you can be about your journey weekly and where you went wrong and the team really helps correct in such a positive way without shaming you in any way for getting off track. Can’t wait to see my full 1 year results this coming October!

Hebe is super positive and support. Not only does she come with a wealth of knowledge she is great at making you feel positive and supported through your journey. I’m shy and not great at expressing myself or how I’m feeling and she always makes me feel comfortable and helps me open up more and more with check in’s!

Hebe and her team have been so supportive from start to finish. I have learnt a ridiculous amount of knowledge throughout this process and feel comfortable with tracking macros and tackling gym exercises that I never would have done before. The thing I love most about Hebe Hiom Coaching is that it’s REALISTIC. Yes you have to work hard, but I haven’t cut out any tasty treats, I haven’t had to be super restrictive, I can still have a social life, and I am still seeing and feeling the results. Thank you!!

Brilliant for me as a newbie to weights and macros etc. Hebe put together a at home work out plan for me, until I got the confidence to face the dreaded gym!! I also now have a gym plan and go 3 times a week - most importantly I'm loving it!

Joining the Hebe Hiom coaching team is hands down, one of the best decisions I have EVER made!! I started with Hebe, not really knowing where I wanted to go on my fitness journey, being incredibly anxious at even just the thought of the gym, and being quite afraid of calorie counting. I am here, 10 months in and feeling better than I have ever felt before. I now absolutely adore being in the gym and could not imagine my routine without it. I also am in a much better place mentally, than I have ever been before, and that is all down to Hebe and her team and the incredible support they provide. My student social life is accounted for, and we understand it’s okay to be off track every now and then. It has been so important for me to learn to not feel guilty for simply having fun, and I cannot thank Hebe and her phenomenal team enough for everything that they have done for me. I would not be where I am today without them.
