Absolutely the best workout out there. Been training with Lisa for 10 yrs and have yet to get bored in a workout. It’s always different and intense. You sweat, laugh, and get the support of a kickass community. If you like to sweat and feel like you left it all on the mat, then this is the workout for you.

Hands down the best for accountability, consistency, versatility for your at home workouts. I have been working out with Lisa for almost 15 years. SHE is the reason I feel my best and have been able to keep myself in shape after two kids. There are so many variations to keep me engaged. I don’t have to think about what I need to do. There is a workout for everyone from beginner to advanced and literally hundreds to choose from. You can choose individual workouts or do a monthly challenge. In the challenges you get curated workouts that build on one another to ensure you are effectively training your whole body. You can do them with free weights or a rack and she gives you instructions on how to modify them in real time. I can not express how much Lisa and this platform have blessed my life!

I have been training with Lisa since 2017 and although I haven't been consistent, I fell off the workout wagon a year ago. I always keep coming back to Lisa due to her enthusiasm and entertaining antics that keep working out fun. I love Lisa! I've been working out with Lisa forever and she is the most genuine person and it really helps me feel like I am working out with someone in the room with me.
