Très facile à utiliser, je programme l'heure où j'ai besoin que mon repas soit chaud depuis l'application sur mon téléphone et je peux manger chaud dès mon retour à la voiture, c'est génial!

Facile à nettoyer, à stocker, à charger! > le chargeur chauffe très fort, du coup je recharge ma box en 2x, le soir avant le coucher et le matin au réveil

I purchased my heatbox about a year ago & it has stopped taking a charge. So it will not heat up any more. I’ve contacted them know on 3 occasions. With the 1st response saying they will contact me in 3/4 days & I know it was the Christmas break also. It’s now the 12th January & still no reply. Seeing we are have a cold spell in the uk. It would nice to have a hot lunch seeing that I work outside. I feel the product is good when it works. No very happy to have to be writing a review to get a response about my on going issue.

Habe die HeatsBox zu Weihnachten bekommen. Als ich die Box das erste Mal verwenden wollte, hat das Aufladen nicht vollständig funktioniert. Der Akku ist scheinbar defekt, er hat nicht vollständig aufgeladen, auch wenn die Box mehrere Stunden geladen wurde. Und immer wenn ich die Box einschalten wollte, hat sie sich gleich wieder ausgeschalten.
Wir haben zwar ein Mail an den Hersteller gesendet, aber seit 2 Wochen keine Antwort bekommen. Sehr ärgerlich, weil es sonst eine super Sache wäre.

Je suis un nouveau propriétaire de la heat box et avant la première utilisation j’ai un souci pour la fermer : le couvercle ne plaque pas correctement les bords de la box se qui donne un décalage de quelques millimètres . Egalement les fermetures en plastique rouge sont difficiles à positionner!!!! Je pense que le joint du couvercle n’est pas à sa place ou que le joint est trop épais!!! Pouvez vous me donner une solution? Merci

Kann überall mitgenommen werden im Campingbus. Beim wandern in der kälte wo eine warme Mahlzeit gut tut. wärmt während dem man wandert.

Bought the box 2.0 with Bluetooth and battery. Used it less than 10x perfectly, now it won’t heat up more than 1 or 2 minutes so it’s useless. Have reached out to company but honestly the trouble of resending doesn’t feel worth it. I regret my purchase.

Attention arnaque, nous avons passé commande en novembre, nous n'avons jamais reçu notre heatbox mais évidemment notre compte à été débité, soit disant que nous n'étions pas chez nous le jour de la livraison, faux évidemment, impossible de contacter le service clientèle autrement que par mail... Mais pas de réponses, à fuir

J’en ai acheté 2. 1 ne marche plus au bout de 1 mois et demi. Le SAV ne répond à aucun de mes mails ! À fuir !

Very disappointed with the after-sales service. I sent an email on December 7th to report an issue with the product I received, and I still haven’t received any response.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent purchase.
I placed my order at the end of November with the intention of giving the HeatsBox as a Christmas present. Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed that the lid does not close correctly.
For a product of this price range, this is unacceptable. What is even more disappointing is the lack of response from your customer service, despite my attempts to contact you.
As it is impossible to return the product without your authorization, I am currently left with a defective item and no solution. I expect a prompt response and a suitable resolution.

J’ai testé plusieurs box avant d’avoir découvert la Heatsbox … excellente 🤩 je l’utilise surtout en voyage (voiture) une petite pose avec un repas chaud c’est l’idéal car les resto au bord des autoroutes c’est pas toujours l’idéal, alors sa nourriture préférée… juste parfait je recommande fortement ces Heatsbox génial pour moi très bon compromis 🤩🤩

Il prodotto e fatto molto bene. Ho avuto un problema con una box e loro mi hanno mandato subito un altra box in sostituzione. Sono stati molto gentili ed educati. Ora funziona molto bene

Ich habe am 14.11 direkt über die Homepage eine heatsbox 2.0 zu € 119.00 bestellt. Leider weder Ware noch Rückmeldung auf meine zahlreichen Emails und Chat Nachrichten erhalten, täglich geprüft. Hier braucht mir keiner des Teams kommen, Emails u Spam täglich geprüft.

Sehr schade, da mit Beantwortung innerhalb 2 Tage geworben wird. Ein miserabler Kundenservice, der Umgang mit Kunden sehr enttäuschend.

Die Box war als Geschenk gedacht... bin sehr enttäuscht wie es abläuft

Poor battery life. It takes ages to heat the food and the food doesn't properly as well. The battery life is also poor. I heat my food once and the battery gets dead. Not a value of money. Bought it straight from the website 1.5month ago. ☹️

I sent the item back for a refund. The item was never used, and in its original packaging. I provided tracking and the item arrived in late October. I sent an email asking for an update about the refund but I was completely ignored. Do not trust this company or do business with them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Invoice 39530

Update: November 17, 2025

I was refunded my money, on the 14th of November after this review was submitted. I still would not trust this business. Instead of doing business the right way, I was refunded only after the negative review. This company even tried to have my review deleted from Trustpilot, claiming it was defamatory. There is nothing defamatory about the truth! Avoid this business, so you do not have an experience like I had.

Ich habe für über 200.- CHF bestellt vor über einer woche. leider habe ich weder eine Sendun bekommen noch weiss ich nicht ob die produkte abgeschikt wurde. Ich habe schon eine email geschikt bis heute jedoch keine nachricht bekommen. ich lebe von Sozialamt und bei so einem preis habe ich mir wirklich lange gedanken gemacht ob ich bestelle weil es für mich sehr viel geld ist
