Product damaged in transit but refused to accept a return
Terrible customer service. Product was damaged in transit and they agreed to arrange a return and then later changed their minds.
Reading the reviews I see lots of other people have similar experiences refusing refunds.
I'd recommend buying from Amazon or another retailer that offers more protections for their customers

I can see on the order the damaged item was not reported to us until 2 months after the delivery was received by you. We do request to be informed of any damaged or incorrect deliveries within 24 hours of delivery.
I’d like to assure you that, while we may have a small number of reviews regarding items arriving damaged, we dispatch thousands of orders daily, and only a very small percentage of products are affected. Those damages that are reported promptly are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Great customer experience
Had great customer experience with heater shop when a cylinder had a defect on delivery. They couldn’t be more helpful to sort with the manufacturer and get a swap delivered quickly. Next day delivery on stock items is great too

The first lady i spoke to regarding my purchase was excellent.
I made the purchase and waited for the delivery, as we are a rural district i waited for the courier.
After the delivery time had passed i received a text stating they could not find the address.
I contacted customer services at the heater shop and can honestly say that they really did not seemed bothered. I was told i would receive a call back regarding the delivery, which never came! I called again only to get another person that obviously did not want to be at work..... I mentioned about the call back and was told the other customer service advisor would chase the courier up now this was at 16.45 delivery scheduled for 13.15. I then said this was unacceptable and could i get a refund..... Ok.... then the phone was hung up! If this is THE HEATER SHOPS customer service well i am surprised they are still in business.
