Warranty issue with hot water boiler
They sent me a faulty hot water boiler. I was within my consumer rights to instantly request its return and replacement with a working one, but I agreed to work with them, and the manufacturer to sort this out.
The manufacturer stated it was faulty and sent a replacement. This took 3 weeks to get a working boiler. I requested that my warranty begin from the delivery date of the working boiler and they refused repeatedly. Unimpressive and not worth working with.

The companies comment about the warranty linked to the invoice is just noise. A new invoice with an ammended date could be issued.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, avoid. Refused a £2000 return over a damaged cardboard box, which i offered to replace like for like. No damage to Product, just electrician ripped the tops off the cardboard boxes when opening. Policy is obviously to find any excuse not to provide a refund. I'd understand if boxes had manufacturers writing on. But just plain cheap boxes. Utterly pathetic.

We always aim to provide the highest level of service and to apply our returns policy fairly and consistently. As part of this policy, which aligns with industry standards, items must be returned in their original packaging. In this case, the boxes were not plain or generic; they were the original manufacturer-supplied packaging from Elnur, clearly marked with their branding.
As the original packaging had been discarded, we were unfortunately unable to accept the return. While we appreciate your offer to source alternative boxes, our policy does not permit returns without the original packaging. We understand this may be frustrating, but we must apply our policies consistently to ensure fairness to all customers.
