Absolute Scam , ordered over two and a half months ago. Not turned up ,sent emails to complain and had no reply. This company needs the Police investigating them as clearly by the reviews on here they are taking people's money via a scam.

The 'socks' arrived two months after I had ordered them. It was absolutely not worth the wait. I had ordered the Sloth and Panda ones as Christmas gifts for my two daughters, I wouldn't even give them to two people I hate, so I'm certainly not gifting them as Christmas presents to my girls. They are badly made, the panda socks look like mens white sports socks with a panda glued on who looks shocked to be there and has a hole in his arm with the stuffing coming out. The sloths looked stunned at how shocked the panda is and they are glued to the thinnest pair of brown socks I have ever seen. I have just emailed the company requesting a full refund, no doubt they will request I send the items back with proof of purchase, knowing it will cost me more than they are worth to do so. This company is advertising on Facebook, so I will also be reporting them on there too, hopefully it will stop others from making the same mistake as I have. Avoid the company as they sell many other crap things which would not pass trading standards or health and safety standards. An absolute diabolical company and products!!!

What an absolute scam!
The product is nothing like what they advertise. Talks about knitted socks - they are just cheap standard cotton socks. The animal is not a knitted animal just tacky and printed. There are no grips on the bottom.

I complained and they insulted me with a gesture of £2 compensation and stated that “upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order.”

I have never seen such a horrific example of false advertising until now!

Placed order, paid …..nothing! I have chased and chased…just being told on way but…..updates are from first few days. Ordered early October…told ordered replacement but updates still from original order! Asked for refund but keep getting told problem with refund system! My advice ….do not touch with a barge pole and then you won’t be disappointed!

Order was dispatched from USA but tracking stalled in Belfast. Asked for a refund but they just placed a new order. This one was dispatched from China and I did receive it, albeit 6 weeks after placing the order.

The advert is of chunky knit quality woollen socks. The reality served a month later. It is cheap nylon with a fairground toy glued to it. Is even a different colour. There also charged more than advertised

Make sure you dispute the order with your bank after 30 days of no arrival, cause nothing will arrive anyway

They’ve only bleedin turned up after nearly 2 months. They just about for a size 4-5 ladies in uk. I have to say, they look fairly like the picture. When I read from someone that it looked like it had been in a wind tunnel, I had zero expectation. They’re not bad, I’m not sure it will get through many washes but who knows, I’ll just recommend they’re left cheesy.
They could be a bit thicker as it’s not like you can wear them out. I’m just happy they arrived.

Garbage. Absolute joke of a company. After waiting well over a month. My parcel arrived. Cheap nasty socks with some sort of 10p toy sewn to them. Leave we'll alone. I will ve requesting a FULL refund.

I completely agree with all reviews on here - this company are scammers. I ordered 2 pairs 4th Oct, numerous emails where they have given me no info, apparently they can't give me carrier tracking info as have no idea which carrier will be used in the UK!! Absolute rubbish - don't ever get drawn in by the lovely looking adverts - you won't get the goods or see your money again

Appalling! I am normally really careful about reading reviews first, but didn't on this occasion! It didn't start well - they took more from my bank account than the total of my order. In fairness, they corrected this when I contacted them. Nearly 2 months later, no sign of items or of the repeatedly requested refund. My last email did generate a tracking number, which showed that my parcel is apparently in transit in New York - and has been since 17th October. I have just asked (again) for a refund. I'm not hopeful. Lesson learned. Gutted as I thought the socks would make fun stocking filler gifts. Update 31st December: against all expectations my parcel arrived yesterday. The socks are hilarious, they are utterly awful! Really thin socks with a soft toy stitched on by the legs. Not at all what photo implied. The dog will probably get them to play with!

You can't put a zero! This company are scammers. Still trying to get my money back. Raised as a problem with Pay Pal but don't hold out much hope.

This is a scam. Do not use. Lost money and regardless of my ask for a refund they send you a link for tracking which has errors. It’s a scam product ordered month ago

Same problem as everyone else it would seem, just wish I'd read the reviews first! Ordered four pairs of different animal socks on 13th October, started query with them when nothing received by 18th November. I was told my order would be resent but still nothing, I have asked every day since 28th November for a refund but they just reply to say they are chasing the shipping company. Luckily I used PayPal and have opened a case with them for a refund.

Ordered 2 pairs of novelty socks for Xmas on October 10. All was slow at first but got tracking updates, but once in UK from USA apparently, they just disappeared. Numerous emails exchanged, but no real clarification on why, where etc. Been asking for a refund, but keep being told to basically hang in there! AVOID!!!

Ordered a pair of socks mid october which on the product said only 5 left (blatant lie), was given tracking info saying they were coming from usa, no tracking updates after 27/10. Emailed them mid november requesting a refund which was refused, given different tracking info now saying they were coming from china. Kept requesting a refund and kept getting told no. Opened a dispute with my bank and got money back that way. Then had another email from the tracking i was told to ignore (at 3am) saying item delivered, looked all around my property for any dumped parcels and there werent any, spoke to neighbours and there is no sign or card through any letter boxes. Avoid at all costs and if anyone has ordered with them inwould strongly recommend speaking to your bank as you have no chance of getting your money back otherwise.

Do NOT order from this company!
I placed an order on 11th October and haven’t received anything. I keep emailing them to which they reply with a tracking link that doesn’t work!
I just want my money back now, I will never use this company again.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED SOCKS MONTHS AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE. THEY ARE JUST TAKING EVERYONES MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered 10th October and still not received. Sent several emails being fobbed off that they will send replacement, which also never arrived, and now refusing to refund

Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Socks ordered mid October and more money taken from my account than advertised. No socks delivered yet despite many emails, no tracking details, same story asking for patience, refund not possible as already shipped etc etc!!. Avoid at all costs!.
