I ordered these socks as Christmas present at the beginning of November. For the first 3 weeks I had numerous shipping details then nothing and my package can’t be tracked or found. 3 emails to the company have proved useless. I am out of pocket as have to buy replacements and don’t seem to be able to get my money refunded. BUYER BEWARE

Scam!!! Ordered 3 pairs begining of Nov. Apparently they are in transit, been in Cardiff for 2 weeks! When i check storage facilty in Cardiff, its a house postcode. Paypal giving them another 2 weeks, before i can claim! When hearthwarm reply, they day wait till you see quality, will chase with shipper. Complete scan as i suspect tracking is too!

I would give a zero rating if I could. They will take your money and provide no product at all. I have been waiting 7 weeks, and they have refused to cancel my order. Instead, I get new tracking info over and over, but it clearly states that the tracking number does not exists.
Under no circumstances should anyone be buying from this company.

Same experience as everyone else…. Overcharged me, charged me twice and goods still not received after lots of emails.
Have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
A bunch of scammers

Ordered socks early October, sent various emails chasing so they resent early November. No tracking emails, still no socks & receive the same email when I chase telling me that they are on there way and to be patient. Oh, & originally overcharged. They apparently refunded the difference although I have not received the refund. Do not order from this site!!

Please do not order from this company. I’ve been waiting for over 2 months for items to be delivered. They will tell you your item is on its way but it’s not. The tracking update they provided me with hasn’t changed since end of October. Thankfully I paid using PayPal and I have managed to get my money back.

Total scam. Glad I used PayPal as I got an instant refund when I contacted them and explained the company used 2 fake tracking websites that gave totally different updates for the package.

Unfortunately like others we have been very disappointed. The socks firstly disappeared in transit but we were persistent in our enquiries and they eventually arrived a month and a half late. However, they are not actually knitted socks! They have a knitted pattern printed on them. They absolutely do not represent what we ordered. No non-slip base. Just a pair of cotton (?) socks with a polyester (?) animal head sewn on!

bought 2x Goheaters as advertised in UK, did this 5/12/25, first overcharged me. which was efunded. and now still awaiting delivery 9 days on, just keep getting generic answer about tracking. Awful company, Item is in CHINA !!!!

Dreadful, scam company avoid

Three months and not received my order. Emailed them and just get a reply to please wait a few more days.
I should of looked at the reviews before ordering. SCAM SCAM SCAM...

Ordered on 22nd October. Still no delivery. Emailed them 4 times just get vague replies about parcel being in transit

Currently in an email battle to get a full refund, as promised on their own website with their 100% risk free guarantee!! Originally over charged, which was refunded then 1st parcel lost. Contacted company who issued a replacement, well to say the goods are not as described is an understatement! They’re so bad they’re laughable, pictures obviously lifted from another website. After 9 emails I have just been offered a £2 refund, 13% of what I paid. Will continue fighting but PLEASE don’t touch this company

AWFUL!!!! I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. As others have said I ordered socks months ago & haven’t arrived. The tracking system says they’re in Birmingham but the company can’t tell you who they’ve used?!
Definitely a scam. Be warned

An absolute joke, scam . Email response to delivery enquiry patronising. Please don't get conned. Threat of legal action sent but still no satisfaction.

Ordered and got them but quality isn’t what shows in web page, they just cheap regular socks with some cheap panda i got

Ordered 17th October, it's now 10th December, still no item. Will be requesting refund through credit card company

Been waiting 2 months for delivery and refusing to issue a refund
