Excellent product, easy to order and quick delivery, thank you

Fast delivery, great product

Trying it out. It's only been a week, so I'm hopeful that this cream not only diminishes the discomfort, but eliminates those intrusive hemorrhoids for good.
I have noticed a slight decrease in the puffyness and reduced discomfort.
Thanks for checking in. If I continue to experience any improvement, I will definitely give you a positive review update.
Tha

Just what I wanted for my Daughter in Law. I am sure she will love it. Not her Birthday till the 6th.

Not very clear, and the product is not good, don’t give the results as I expected

Too early to tell after a short week

The product is amazing and I am enjoying it thank you

Perfect, very happy

Seems to be working well. It’s very gentle. Prompt delivery and good tracking, so I knew where it was and when to expect it.

Have only been using this product for about a week, not seeing any results yet but it is very early days.

Great just stared using it

I am not happy it doesn’t work for me when you ask refund and return it.
You cannot refund because is opened
Even when bundle your not sllow refund
This is not recommended.

Quick service and item has definitely helped the pain. Thanks

My first time using this product and it work very good and after a week I felt better than all the other products that I had used in the past! This product work very well and fast !

Having read the reviews on magic oil and receiving mine , please read return policy, firstly it’s made in China ! feels like water , I found it drying almost like a coating on the skin , going in the bin ! Dont be fooled

I like other customers who purchased Healvix body oil and attempted to return unopened bottles have found once you realise the oil does not work as promised, they do not want to know despite their claims to offer a good customer experience. Please read the companies return policy before purchasing goods within a bundle as the return policy is not honoured if you open any of the products within the bundle. Please refer to wording taken from the returns policy to save yourselves any disappointment later “ Bundle Order: While we typically do not accept partial returns for items within a bundle (items bought in 2pcs, 3pcs, 4pcs, 5pcs etc. also count as bundle sales and are non-refundable when one or more of the items has been opened and/or used), customer satisfaction is our top priority, and exceptions may be made based on individual circumstances”. Once they have your money they do not want to know their products are not as advertised.
I can confirm I also purchased Besque Magic oil which does work and smells very nice, as does the Besque face oil.

Unfortunately this product did NOT work and was nearly 3 x the price of over the counter product in the UK, but don’t worry they have a money back guarantee! that’s until you want your money back then there is no money back guarantee!!
How it works : if you buy one, but it doesn’t work you don’t get your money back because you’ve opened it,if you buy two and use one you don’t get your money back on the second one because you bought a pack of 2,3 etc.
It might work for you, but don’t expect your money back if it don’t. I am disappointed that I didn’t receive the money back for the second unopened product, but I will just have to put it down to experience.
I won’t be buying from this company again. The one star I gave was because they replied to my email.
This is part of there email to me
“We understand you’d like to return the unopened products. However, please note that returns for bundle orders—including sets of 2, 3, 4 items, and so on—are not eligible for refund if any part of the bundle has been opened or used”
Even though the tubes were packed separately.
