Exceeds expectations.
Extremely high quality products. 10 stars for communication (I misunderstood some verbiage, made a mistake, and Encar cleaned it up asap for me). They provide prompt, trackable shipping. I’ll be a customer as long as they’ll have me. They are true professionals. The three head cover deal is phenomenal. I’ve done that and a mallet cover separately, both in the last few months.

This being my first time using…
This being my first time using headcaddy was a smooth transition. From ordering to the item being delivered. The updates regarding delivery was a plus. The only negative thing was the delivery driver leaving the item on the walkway and not at the front porch. Don't know if the driver did this on purpose or just lazy.

Great Products & Service but....
Great product selection and service! There's free shipping worldwide (over US$80 purchases only) too and it arrived in very reasonable timeframe.
I got into a glitch apparently when an enquiry went unanswered for almost 2 weeks, or so I was told. There was a worrying automated reply when I did a follow-up email that warned to avoid sending follow up emails, as each new message moves my request back to the top of the queue, delaying response.
Thankfully, my follow-up email was replied to on the same day by an apologetic and friendly customer service. So kudos to that and thank you to that person.
There is one little gripe that I think would be a great improvement in the future, however:
I would have done another purchase sooner than later if the Bundle system is less restrictive and allows you to choose any selection from the inventory rather from a pre-approved selection. The price just seems too steep otherwise for me, personally.
Other than that, I would recommend this company and their products!
