J'ai été très décu de voir que ce n'étais pas du tout fait à la main comme montré sur Tiktok mais que le sign venait tout droit de Chine en fait !
Ça ne vaut pas le prix payé , j'aurais pu commander le même sur amazon pour une fraction du prix ..
En plus , j'ai eu des frais supplémentaires de dédoudanement

I received the sign of my channel logo which will appear in the background in my youtube videos (my channel is Dave's Craft Room) the sign looks just like the mockup and it is so bright and stunning

The sign was made quickly and shipped quickly as well. The quality is honestly very good! I'm very pleased with it and it looks great! I like the remote feature that turns the brightness up and down. Great product!

Product came in exactly as designed, lit up great, 3 different light levels. Came in a very protective carton. My customer was delighted!

Final product was exactly what I described in my order. The writing is clear, the lights are super bright, and the backing isn’t flimsy at all

Customer service was excellent, they sent an initial draft (within 24 hours of ordering) and allowed me to revise it to look exactly how I envisioned it.

Shipping was approximately 8 business days to Canada. I did have to pay import fees (~27 dollars) but I didn’t mind because the sign itself was very well priced for the quality and the shipping was fast.

All in all, a trustworthy company making high quality products.

This service was great! The sign was done to my exact specifications, the team reached out to confirm the mock up before they made it, and it was shipped out in record time! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the dimmer box was cracked when it arrived, but we managed to jerry rig it so that it works just fine. The sign itself came in great condition and I am amazed at how good it looks! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to get good quality without breaking the bank.

Neon looks great and I was thrilled they could recreate someone else’s design. Loved working with them to get just the design I wanted. Kept in contact and very customer focused.

It was incredibly quickly completed and delivered without damage to the neon piece.

Should have just screwed it into the wall instead of trying to use the plastic anchors. Overall though incredibly pleased.
