I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed and that you published a negative review of our small business on trustpilot. I do want to clarify the timeline for accuracy.

Your order was fulfilled in multiple shipments due to a manufacturer delay on one of the items. Three pieces were delivered on March 23, and the final piece was delivered on April 7.

We also responded to your emails on March 27 and April 1 with updates explaining the delay and expected timing. (Please check your spam folder.)

As noted at the time of purchase, these were pre-order items. All pieces shipped within 24 hours of arriving to our warehouse, in full accordance with our stated policies.

Your review is especially disappointing to see, as we are your local stockist and take a great deal of pride in representing Lori Mitchell’s line. She is a friend and neighbor to us as well, and we genuinely care about delivering a great experience with her pieces.

We work hard to communicate clearly and ship as quickly as possible once inventory arrives.

So many cool things! Easier to get my Erstwilder brooches. Great seasonal decor I usually get after the season on sale for next year. Great customer service.

Unique and charming gifts

I recently purchased a Lori Mitchell figurine from kinksandquirks.com as a special gift for a family member, and the experience was fantastic! The selection of these whimsical, collectible pieces is impressive, pricing was very fair, and communication from the shop was quick and friendly throughout the process. The item was beautifully packaged and shipped directly to my recipient with no issues at all. Highly recommend this charming little shop for unique, heartfelt gifts—I'll definitely be back for more!
