From the moment I arrived until I left, every member of staff was exceptional. Everything was clearly explained to me, and the whole process was seamless. The nursing staff were always available, and everyone showed genuine compassion for the patients in their care. The hospital was spotless, and my wife and I both noticed how quiet it was.

HCA were able to help me find the right surgeon for my hip replacement and I felt very confident that I would be treated quickly with efficiency and kindness. Although I was very apprehensive I was always treated gently and sympathetically and fully informed and reassured about every element of treatment. Everyone I came across from the healthcare team through to catering staff and cleaners were friendly, helpful and efficient. The facilities were comfortable and clean, the catering excellent with a wide menu to suit all tastes, and meals were tasty and hot

Having self paid a lot of money, I couldn’t really fault my stay. Maybe my bedroom could be updated and the tap on the sink in the bathroom was old and needed replacing.
Everything was spotlessly clean though and every member of staff was helpful and polite and made my stay relaxed and as enjoyable as it could be!

Inpatient 9.9.26-13.9.26. Was like being in. A top star hotel, from admission to discharge I was made to feel safe and cared for. The hospital was beautifully clean and the whole nursing team were profesional at all times.Thank you all for making my stay feel safe and comfortable. 😊

Mr Neill Patani is an exceptional breast surgeon: highly professional, reassuring and clearly extremely experienced. I felt completely confident and in the best possible hands throughout my appointment. The One Stop Clinic was phenomenal. The mammogram and ultrasound were carried out efficiently and professionally, and every member of staff I encountered was kind, welcoming, helpful and reassuring. The whole team was so friendly, smiley and positive, creating a wonderful atmosphere from the moment I arrived.
